This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (12/27/2008) Here’s what appears to be a completely restored CJ-3A + trailer. Not many specifics on what was rebuilt.
“1950 JEEP CJ-3A WITH TRAILER NEW TIRES, SEATS, SPRINGS, SHOCKS, BATTERY, LIGHTS, WINDSHIELD, HOOD, FENDERS, BUMPER, WINDSHIELD FRAME, AND TUNE UP KIT . REBUILT FLAT HEAD 4 . ”
(09/09/09) This includes an overdrive and a winch. Given those extras, this sounds like a pretty good price.
“1947 WILLYS CJ2A. I have owned since 1981. was my driver for a long time with the 4 cylinder in it. Purchased a rebuilt and balanced 4.3 v-6 (chevrolet) from motorworks in Spokane. Installed it and never finished. Never fired it off. It has ford 11″ brakes, warn overdrive, warn upright elec. winch w/cable controls (works), 3 1/2 lift w/springs, full cage, buckets, like new full top (black), diamond plate, spare tire/can carrier on rear. All there, just needs to be put back together. have many extra parts to go with it. transfer cases, adaptors, transmissions,etc”
UPDATE: Original listed for $2400, an eWillys reader got a great deal on this jeep.
This looks like a good price. Nice turbine rim on the back to boot.
