About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
()4/14/2016) Lots of mods and diamond plate. Dash setup is unusual.
“Will trade for a compact tractor with loader. CJ has a 350 Chevy engine and a th350 transmision. Runs and sounds good. Guy I got it from says he has over 20k invested. Too much to list. Seen some CJ’s on eBay for 13k or more that’s not as nice”

“1954 willys cj3b. has been stretched to 92 inches. primarily built to be used in the sand. but has been licensed and insured for the last 15 years that i have had it. engine started as a mid 60’s ford 428 cu in……..as found in the kr500 shelbly mustangs. i took it down to bare block and built it to 435 inches with, 10.5 comp, aluminum edebrock heads, gear drive, comp solid cam, aluminum roller rockers, edel..broc performer intake etc. ended up with 500 hp. the trans is a built to the hilt c6 auto with b and m holeshot 2400 stall converter. has 5.38 rears front and rear. i originally built this motor for a shelbly close mustang or late 60’s fairlane to run brackets…..but work got in the way and never happened. needless to say this jeep runs on the street and in the sand very well. has msd billet distributor and msd7ml-2 ignition. which you can change rev limiter in seconds by chip change. will twist 7000 rpms…..but i run 6400 chip, car has gobs of torque. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500 …. Terry noticed this is an ex-airline 3B. Note the angled passenger rear wheel well. It looks as if someone grafted another body piece onto the back of this to make it appear normalish.
I’m gonna guess it doesn’t run. Interesting dash mod.
“I have a flat fender high hood Willys I would like to trade for a street legal motorcycle preferably a sportster or Harley basket case, might take a dual sport or a cruiser if it’s worth it”
This has a custom dash and includes a winch. Looks like a good price.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5000. The seller tells me this was owned by Larry Minor.
This has a couple classic Fresno upgrades like the doors and the dash. I learned the other day that Edgewood 4×4 near Tacoma, Washington, used to sell a custom fiberglass dash for M-38A1s/CJ-5s. I’ll try to find some pics. I saw one in person, but didn’t have a camera with me.

“1946 Willy’s Jeep for sale. Mini monster truck for sale $5,000 obo. Crazy Jeep for people who love to go off-roading! Comes with box after box of brand new parts. It currently does not run but it will with some work. It has a 4 inch body lift with 36 inch swamper tires. No wiring harness installed but brand new harness comes with it. It can be street legal. It also comes with a roll bar. It was all professionally built. Its been sitting in storage for 8 years. There is a build book for everything that has been bought and done to the truck up until now. The man that I bought it from kept records of everything and had 7 shelves of brand new parts that came with the truck. ”
