Listed as an MB, it’s got a fiberglass body and a CJ frame.
“Willys Jeep MB, year is unaware exactly but is between 1942 and 1945. It has a fiberglass body and a good Frame, and Drive Train for a restoration, motor also is fair and doesn’t run the best but still runs. Many spare parts, also different seats that where in the back of the jeep, the roll bar wasn’t on it, its just there in the picture cause I had to put it somewhere. It does have 4wd, has 4 cylinders, is a 3 speed manual tranny. I also put the tittle status at parts only because there is no tittle just a registration due to the age. I don’t know what price I would take for it, so give me some offers and also willing to trade for a running jeep, or truck with 4wd. ”
Looks like a good price, even if it doesn’t start.
“Have moved and must sell a 1947 Willys Jeep I left behind in the Soo. I have owned the vehicle since the early 70s. It has been not been driven for about 15 years. Engine turns over but I did not get enough time to get it started before I moved. There is also a problem with the clutch.
In the late 70s I did major work on the vehicle. It was pre-Internet and most of the replacement parts came from the Sears Jeep Catalog. The frame is in excellent shape. The front grill, hood and fenders are original. The tub is a fiberglass replacement with the dashboard from the original tub inserted. The windshield is from a later model Jeep.”
This has a fiberglass body. It’s got the wide rim around the back, but isn’t a Parkette or Bobcat. Must have been an eastern make of some kind?

(02/28/2014) Lots of updates, including a fiberglass body.
“I’ve had this for a few years and I’ve had a lot of fun driving it! it a 1949 chassis and a fiberglass body.
its a great little rat rod if you like getting attention at car show or just driving around town.
the motor has a noise a valve maybe. I have driven it like that since I have had it. the seats are original jeep seats. last time I drove it to a local car show and parked close there was more people around it than any vehicle and kids love it!
PS As you can see I bend the water can, but it didn’t hurt anything else, it has three bolts holding it on. If I don’t sell it I’m going to order the original can holder and a new can that works, for around 75 dollars, thanks for looking!”
