“Project jeep-1956 willies spare motor, short cab”
UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $4000.
I can’t tell what type of half top that is. Koenig maybe?
“Jeep cj3b 4000 or trade has Chevy 265 v8 frt disc brakes half top also soft top and bikini top good running jeep”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2800.
(01/22/2018) Ted’s got this trencher for sale.
“For sale late sixties CJ5 Auburn Jeep A Trench 1968? Would make a great yard truck/ Plow Jeep, comes with dirt plow and snow plow. Starts, runs good and drives , clutch feels good , no brakes . Body’s kinda rough but frame looks pretty good . Havent had a chance to go over it well to check everything but seems to be pretty complete , missing one of the augers. PTO engages and shaft spins . Not very familiar with these units so will try my best to answer any questions. Looks complete enough to restore or get going and use as is, or would be a great parts donor for another Auburn Trencher unit. Front counter weight there ,as is the creeper gear , pto assembly, Fhead motor, overload springs ( Canfields or Koenigs ?) etc Too many Jeeps to work on this one needs a new home $2800 Feel free to call, text, or email for details , I will try my best to answer all questions. If I miss your call (very loud at work) I will return the call”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $900.
Engine supposed to be good, though it doesn’t run. That’s a funky half cab.
“1957 Willy’s jeep with cab does not run but has working engine.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1000.
Craig shared this one. To me, the half top may be an early Worman (or Willys Overland branded Worman top). Here’s an example of the the W-O early Worman top: http://www.ewillys.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/1947-worman-non-branded-halfcab2-lores.jpg
“Jeep CJ-3B project, engine and transmission out, same with steering. No tailgate, no title. I bought it a over a year ago thinking I would build it and I’m no longer interested. Comes with aluminum half-top, will not part out. What you see if what you get. Had a PTO on it. It was a trench-a-jeep.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500.
May have an early Kelly or Beck half top. Includes a plow. Looks like a good price.
“Runs great, motors rebuilt. Comes with plow needs a clutch.$1500 or best offer.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4000.
(12/20/2017) Runs. It’s listed as a 1951, but looks more like a CJ-2A.
“51 Willy’s cj2a flatfender jeep , runs smooth starter sounds old , converted to 12v. Has disc front brakes , has heater , hardtop and hard doors , runs drives all lights work, new poly fuel tank and sender, has assemble neb assigned title with tag and the original vin tag ”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5900
(12/07/2017) The body looks a little rough.
“Unmolested Survivor.
All Original with aftermarket cab that is as old as the jeep.
Would be a small job to restore. Just needs paint really but I like the current patina even better so I won’t paint it if I keep it.
Set up by a previous owner as a pig hunting jeep. Has gun racks, handle bar for rider in back etc.
Tow bar works very well at freeway speeds. Starts quicker than my modern cars. Original 6 volt wiring. Running an 8 v battery which is one of the reasons it starts so easy. Original heater works great. Drives nice around town and legal for the freeway but it is slow. The dash info plate shows it will go 60 in 3rd gear high range ( and it will ) but it likes 50 mph a lot better. E brake not hooked up but I have it. Both fuel gauges read 1/2 when the tanks are full which I’m told can be fixed by adjusting the voltage. Everything else works. Locking front hubs, new military tires. It will practically climb a tree in low range 4×4. Gets tons of looks. Current reg, clean title in my name. Really fun jeep. I’m not hot to sell her but I have too many toys and my daughter is getting married so its time to let someone else have some fun. $5,900 obo CASH only – local pick up only.”
UPDATE: Still Available. This is a buy-it-now price on eBay (or make offer). It is also available on Craigslist.
“For sale is a 1946 CJ-2A Jeep S/N 64484. Jeep is in running condition and is used as an aircraft tug on a daily basis. It is a 1946 so there are many things wrong with it.
Some, but not all, items to note are:
– Rust throughout the jeep
– Lights throughout the jeep are intermittent in operation or not working
– No gas cap
– Engine burns oil
– Brakes seem stiff
– Needs tires
– Leaks oil
Registration available and application for replacement title. Comes with service manual and side door frames.
We are selling this jeep as is. We highly recommend a visual inspection of the jeep prior to purchase. $2500.00/obo”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
The seller indicates there are 2 CJ-2As for sale, but the pics only show one CJ-2A, though a CJ-3B sits in the background. The other “CJ-2A” is described as having an Fhead, so I suspect the 3B in the background is the other jeep for sale.
“2 – CJ2A Willys Jeeps;
One with factory winch and PTO. L head engine; starts and runs good, brakes – lots of rust!!
Second CJ2A complete with F Head engine, but motor stuck; better condition.
$2,500 for both or $1,500 for running machine.”
