(07/19/2013) I wonder what the bars on the hard top are for?
“1946 Willys CJ2A. Runs well. Some new parts, some old. New: rebuilt Buick v-6 motor, starter, radiator, all brake parts including lines, windshield, wiper motor, heater, wiring and lights. Old but not original: steering, extended leaf springs, 11″ brake drums. Has all range overdrive, tranny in good shape, body has rust and needs some work. Comes with homemade half-cab, set of 4 larger rimes and tires (tires not worth much). Fun project, fun to drive- come take a look. $2500.00. Yamhill”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500.
Apparently needs a little work.
“Military M38A1, (looks like CJ5) has newer V6 engine, runs good, has 1/2 metal top and doors. Body is fair, will run and drive but it needs work to be road worthy. Does have new tie rods and shocks on it.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $100.
Looks like there might be some value here.
“Late 40’s project jeep. Does not have title or motor.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $600.
This runs and ‘moves’.
“62 Willys. 3 speed, good frame,Engine starts right up. Could use points though. Front pass leaf pack broke. Does move,Brakes are very hard though. Been off the road for a long time. But EXCELLENT project. Price is $600 FIRM FIRM FIRM and NO TRADES. ”
This doesn’t run and the rear portion of the body isn’t original (or has been modified).
“Vintage 1949 Jeep Willys CJ3A; 2 door, hard top coupe; 6 volt, 4 cylinder engine, dual transmission.
Selling for $2500 OBO.
Bought this Jeep intending to fix it up, but never found the time. Everything on it is all original. The hard top feature is quite unique for Jeep Willys. The engine did run on last start up, but has not been maintained or started for several years- it does not currently run, but should start again with a small amount of work.
This would be a great restoration project for someone to take on, but it will require some time. Feel free to stop by and take a look. It is located about 6 miles northwest of Wausau, WI.
As it does not currently run, the buyer will need to make arrangements to haul or tow it.
Call 715-675-7576 for inquiries or to view. Do not respond via email.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500
“1953 cj3a original flathead 4. New brakes, fuel pump, alt., some gauges. comes with hard top and other parts.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4000.
This is a column shift with at least one small tag.
“I am listing my 1946 Willys Civilian Jeep. I has a good running 4 cylinder engine. It also comes equipped with a metal cab with doors and windows that open. This top is factory made and does a good job of keeping the weather out. The jeep also includes a tow bar for transporting it back and forth to deer camp. This is probably a 35 to 45 mph vehicle. It is not rusted out and has good tires. It has been partially converted over to 12 volts but the job needs to be completed before it can be driven for everyday use. located about a mile from the 326 exit off I 75. Can be seen most anytime.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2999.
“Restored 1946 Willy’s Jeep – rebuilt engine, new battery, exhaust, brakes, gas tank, shocks, springs and tires. Plow included.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5500
This was owned by one family and they have the original bill of sale.
“This is an all original 1 family owned 1966 JEEP CJ-6 w/ Kelly All steel Half Cab & original 6′ Meyers Plow …Only 30K mi. and has the Dauntless V6 !!…Interior is super for age..exterior shows mostly surface rust…a few rust throughs, but nothing too severe…..I had 2 cans of gloss white so I decided to see what the cab would look like redone as it was yellowed on outside (like in the back photo)..I spent just 2 hours with quick sanding and then ran out of paint before I was able to completely spray the top, but I think you get an idea of what it will look like…I didn’t touch anything else…Have original bill of sale from 12/1965…which shows the half cab and Meyers plow being original!!….Last used a couple years ago before the owner just got too old…This would not be a hard restoration, Again, this is 100% original and unmolested”
UPDATE:**SOLD** Was Best Offer
This might be a rare Beck or Kemco Half Cab.
“this is a half cab that is sitting on a 54 CJ3B, might fit others, not sure. This is not in bad shape, but it DOES need some work, around the lower panels in the bed, the rear window is broken, inside there is a little surface rust, mostly flaking paint, both doors open and close and windows go up and down, lights may be included, fuel filler is NOT included, no other body parts for sale. SELLING FOR BEST OFFER, still attached to Jeep, you can remove”
