These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Runs and drives.
“Have a 67 jeep was going to make it a project but that did not happen. Runs and drives also has a tow package to tow behind your truck. Only hiccup is it doesn’t like to stop. Needs brakes. Has the Buick engine with a PTO winch on front bumper. Would make a killer off road or hunting rig.”

Needs glass.
“This is an aluminum top that is supposed to fit late 40’s to early 50’s Willys flat fender jeeps. It is home made, window glass is missing, has a few stress cracks but otherwise solid.
I’m posting this for a friend so please do not contact me via email. He also doesn’t answer texts so call the number provided and talk to him directly.”

Anyone recognize this hardtop. The suicide doors sure are unusual.

There are some interestin storage addons in the cab area. I wonder how you release the windshield with the thing on the dash covering the left windshield latch?

“Great Project vehicle to restore, 1948 Jeep Willys, working up till a couple of years ago. Needs motor overhaul. Has new clutch, one new front drive shaft. Have new master cylinder part.“

(08/14/2014) It’s a Dodge cab on a ’46 jeep.
“1946 Willy’s Jeep. Entire running gear in good condition. 1940 dodge truck cab. Been barn stored since the 60’s. Worth 1,000 in scrap, asking 2,000 or best offer. Wanting this to go to a good home and hopefully reach full restoration”

(10/092013) It runs, but has rust.
“I have for sale a 1960 DJ3A willys jeep. The engine runs good, the transmission and transfer case work, the numbers on the data plate, frame and title all match. It has been converted to four wheel drive. The floor boards have rust through. The brakes do not work.”
