This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. It has a lot of rust at the windshield and tub but the drive train (motor is locked up) is complete and many good ORIGINAL parts for the collector. This might be a pretty stock jeep.
“My husband recently passed away of cancer and I need to sell this this 1948 Willy’s Jeep ASAP. I am asking 2500.00 OBO. It does great plowing snow as well as grading roads and making them smooth. It does burn a little oil If you are interested in taking this little jeep home”

Chris spotted this M-38, which looks more ready for arctic winters than desert summers. Looks in very good condition.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
“CJ3B with full Koenig metal cab , standard drive train, 3 speed transmission, 4 wheel drive, 327 Cu In Chevrolet engine, was running when I parked it to repair the brakes, never did fix brakes so I have decided to sell this vintage Jeep. Have title, owned this since 1965. This was a sweet running Jeep, I enjoyed driving it and 4wheeling with it. $2,500.”

It’s stock, but has a cracked block.

The motor is apart and the rear wheel well looks odd, but there seems to be value here.

The front seems to stick up a little high.
“1952 Willys Jeep. New electronic fuel pump, new carburetor, new electronic ignition. Original motor runs good, good transmission and clutch, new master cylinder for brakes front and rear, new ignition switch, all new hoses and belts, new spark plug wire set, ignition coil, new battery. Needs some body work, new seats, new tires and the frame is slightly bent.”
