This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $325. It’s a Kelly Hardtop.
“New price – move fast to grab this nice hard top. Purchased to fit my ’43 Ford GPW, but I decided to go with all canvas. Nice condition. Photos below. I have owned it for three years, during which it has been stored indoors. Includes hard top, two small panels for leading edge of door, and two doors. Condition good, other than a small, non-rusting crease low down on one door.
I looked at the manufacturers plate. It seems to say model F 23-300,
which seems to be what would fit a cj2a or cj3a… I think. Maybe later models –
you tell me.”
This has some unusual mods. I’m not sure what the ‘stripes’ on the side are. Nor am I sure what is on the hood.
“1962 Willys Jeep, flat head four cylinder. Some spare engine and body parts. Very few miles put on it since I’ve owned it. Must see to appreciate. Body and under carraige in great shape. UPDATE: This was on eBay in March of 2011 and for sale in Pennsylvania. It has different tires now.
“1963 Willys Dispatcher DJ3A 2dr delivery car with 2-wheel drive, sliding side doors, lift up tail gate, very cute and has many applications. We were going to do a restoration on this and just don’t have time. This Jeep is pretty rough but comes with a set of new floor boards and we will accept any reasonable offer. The Jeep does not run, but the engine is not stuck. Both rear springs are bad and it currently has no brakes.upholstery needs done as well. We have the original chrome bumper and guards for the front (needs plating). It will need to be trailered for sure. <P> One of these in fully restored condition sold for $18000 on ebay last year. SO, if you want an ambitious restoration project with an upside, here it is. Call Bob for a good deal on this little, rare Willys.”

“1954 willys jeep CJ3B high top. this has a small block Chevy V8 fitted and matched up to I believe the original Transmission, it also has one of the most substantial hard top I have seen, its a solid jeep and looks grate,it also as you can see has tow frame I haven’t heard it run but was told it drove to where I picked it up from, I have no reason to believe it has any major problems it doesn’t have any brakes at the moment probably down to being stood $2,750 call. 406 250 7003 or email me but please put some thing in the email relating to flathead lake for me to respond thanks.”

IT DOES NOT HAVE A TITLE BUT I WILL GIVE YOU A BILL OF SALE IF YOU WANT TO TRY TO RE REGISTER IT.
THE TUB HAS RUST IN ALL THE USUAL PLACES AND NEEDS MAJOR RUST REPAIR. COMES WITH 2 SPARE FRONT FENDERS AND SPARE HOOD.
THE ENGINE IS COMPLETE (EXCEPT RADIATIOR) AND TURNS OVER WHEN I PUT A BATTERY ON IT AND JUMP THE STARTER.
EASY TO TOW I TOWED IT TO ITS PRESENT LOCATION A FEW WEEKS AGO. I HAVE A TOWBAR WITH 2 INCH BALL HITCH WE CAN DISCUSS OPTIONS TO MOVE IT.
TIRES ARE SHOT BUT PROBABLY HAVE ENOUGH LIFE FOR ANOTHER TOW.”

“CJ2A Jeeps for sale. Two were running when parked with the third purchased as just a parts Jeep. I have clear titles on two. All three have complete drive trains including motors, starters, generators, carbs, front and rear axles, along with transfer units. Should be able to make two running units with parts left over. I probably have $3000 into all of these but will take best offer for all three.”

“Older Jeep Willys with a plow. Jeep has a manual trans and comes with a spare trans with a pto drive on it. The Jeep is powered by a 4cyl. Runs pretty good, could prolly use a good carb cleaning. The clutch is getting weak. Jeep will work great for plowing a smaller driveway or driveway at cabin. Asking $650obo”
