Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This has a factory posi unit according to the seller.
“1967 Willys Jeep CJ5. Dauntless Buick 225 V6 with a T14 3 speed transmission and Dana 18 transfer case. Dana 44 with a Factory Posi Unit. Wester Power Angle Snow Plow. The Jeep runs and stops. The Plow works great! Has the usual Jeep rust in the body but not real bad. Frame of the Jeep is in great shape with only surface rust. No heavy scaly rust. Jeep has been lifted 3 inches. I have some extras to go with the Jeep that I have been holding onto for years. Any questions feel free to ask! Thanks, Steve”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2000.
“Just what it says. Old Jeep, not running, has a hard top on it, and Title says Jeep Willys, it has “Tuxedo Park” badges on the side of the hood. I found out later that this was a special edition and only about 8000 of these were ever sold. Hurricane 4 cyl, 3 on the tree, 4hi, lo, and 2wd transfer case. The frame is solid, but the body has some rust..”

“1948 willys jeep cj2a as you can see some one put a f head engine in it engine runs will need a major tuneup inc carb kit etc the gears all work brakes w.ill pump up but will need to be addressed , has what i think is a carson alum top i have the doors for it in the front very end of the frame on both sides some one has welded plates there. …..tires are shot .chrome spoke rim desent shape….. i have a good nebraska title for it 1650.00 cash”
