This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (08/15/2018) Has an odd top. Includes a snow plow.

I can’t imagine this will last wrong. the Koenig top itself looks to be worth at least $500.

Looks like a real good price. Jeep is not for sale.
“Koenig metal jeep top. This top came off of a 1959 willys CJ5. Good condition. All glass is good. I have the doors but are not in the pictures. The top is off and ready for pick up, It’s heavy. I got a lot of thumbs up when it was on the Willys, but I am going with the soft tops now. $200 obo. Jeep is not for sale. (don’t ask).”
This Meyer hardtop looks grafted onto the body. The seller is only selling the body/front clip and a few other parts.

There might be some value in the Koenig hardtop if the rust isn’t too bad.

(05/18/2020) The bumpers have been modified and an under-seat gas tank added.
“1975 Jeep CJ6 (rare and longer wheelbase than CJ7), 232 engine, 3 speed, 78k original miles, 3.73 gears, Meyer metal hardtop with doors and tailgate hatch.
New parts include gas tank, sending unit, fuel lines, carb, brass radiator, heater core, water pump, thermostat, fuel pump, exhaust and intake manifold gaskets, tune up and battery. Also has new tires (235/75/15) brakes, master cylinder, shocks, steering stabilizer, tie rods and ball joints, bucket seats and seat belts.
Has original Warn winch, back seat, bed mat, heavy duty front and rear bumpers. Lights, blinkers, horn, wiper, guages and heater in working condition.
Jeep is in overall good condition. Only rust is small hole in passenger floor.”
