About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“Selling my 1954 Jeep Willy’s Military issue vehicle. All original. This is a rare 24 volt communications jeep. The odometer shows about 30k miles. Color is the standard military green. Includes complete canvas soft top. Newer front tires. There are all the gadgets like a fuel can and ax and spare tire strapped near the back and a shovel under the hood. Front tires are new. Engine runs great! Extremely mechanically sound. 4X4 works. Effectively no rust anywhere…always under cover or garaged. Please let me know if you have questions or would like to take a look. This is an awesome weekend driver or trail riding truck. Not Showroom quality but next best thing. Serious buyers only. $7100 obo. Call or text from the “contact” button in top right.”
“This is a real head-turner. 1950 Willy’s Jeep, restored “original correct” — all original stock, no major mods. True Colorado vehicle that spent most of its life in Glenwood Springs, CO, before relocating to Evergreen, CO. The engine has not been rebuilt (just body & upholstery resto – including back seat) but it starts easy, runs clean and does not burn oil. Perfect for cruising around town on date night, but don’t plan any long trips on I-70 unless you are towing it, or retired. Odometer reads 62,149. Clean title, and everything works except the gas gauge. Soft top & tow bar included. Always garaged since restoration.
Local buyers with cash only. Thanks for looking.”

“Attention re-enactors, parade goers, or attention seekers: 1948 Willys CJ2A converted into a WWII MB Jeep. Restored completely 3 years ago with rebuilt original flathead L-134 “go devil” engine with new manifold and rebuilt Carter carb and rebuilt T-80 transmission. Replaced OEM new items are: gauges (all work), gas tank, master cylinder, wheel cylinder, wheel cylinders, brake lines, wheel/parking brake shoes, MB windshield with M1 Garand rifle rack, complete new suspension (4 leaf-springs, shackles, shocks, etc.), new rear axle oil seals, new $600 radiator, exhaust, military non-directional tires, front steering kingpin bushings, gear box, cloth wiring, “beep” horn, front/rear turn-signals installed (front uses blackout grill lights), MB seats, MB canvas and bows, new MB tailgate and tire mount and jerrycan rack, parking lights. The body is not perfect showroom but there is no rust- I replaced the driver floorboard panel and some support hat channels; backseat bed/wheel wells has some welding “patch work” in its 66 years. Barely 5,000 miles since new rebuild. In addition, restored 1978 M416A2 trailer (A2 model has rebuilt actuator braking system with new master cylinder, shocks, and lines), new canvas, new parking brake, and lights/wiring system. Both are converted to 12 volts and are titled and registered. All reciepts are included. Will consider comparable trade ONLY for Dodge WC.”
