“I am selling my 1959 Jeep FC 150. Rust free survivor. No cancer, just surface. Original paint. Originally from a ranch in dry Idaho climate. Mechanically fantastic. Recent engine rebuild by highly reputable Jeep mechanic. New clutch. New brakes. New shocks. Stainless steel gas tank. New tires. Plus other little detailed fixes. I am ashamed how much I have in this pet project. I have receipts for all the work done. Some new glass replaced. I have a rare replacement windshield to go with it. It is truly an original. I get the thumbs up whenever I am on the road with it.”
The body is wrapped in cammo rather than painted.
“Restored, Over the past 6 years I have rebuilt or gone through everything but the front axel. Transmission and Transfer Case where rebuilt last summer, as long as new clutch and flywheel resurfaced. A lot of the parts used in the restoration where NOS. Flooring was replaced 5 years ago and has no known rust. Has the original Hurricane F-134 engine. Jeep is currently wrapped with Mosey Oak Brush Country. Current Rims are Black.
Last summer we towed the Jeep to Colorado and spent 7 days touring the backcountry. Had no issues making 12,000 feet with her. Clear title.
Serous inquires only.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3500.
This appears solid. I don’t see front hubs, so I wonder if this is 2wd?
“Cj2a jeep runs good original 4 cylinder engine. gears all work as they should Ca title. might part trade for 53-59 Studebaker”
This needs an engine.
“1947 Jeep Willys CJ2A. The vehicle has all parts necessary to run minus the engine. The engine blew and is un-repairable. No Rust, 4 wheel drive, low and high gears work perfectly.
New tires less than 200 miles on them.
Rhino lined.
8000lb Winch.
Custom canvas top.
Custom back seat will hold 3 adults. Insured, Registered, clean title.
Tow triangle.
New battery.
Parts not yet installed but included with the sale:
Windshield wiper system (for drivers side window), turn signal kit, rear-view mirror, and two side mirrors.
I will also include the “original” service manual, parts manual and owners guide.
The reason I’m selling this Jeep is because I am in the USCG and I’m transferring this summer and I do not have the time to replace the engine and get the Jeep back to 100%. I would prefer a local buyer. Price is somewhat flexible pending your shipping/transport arraignments.”
UPDATE: Now Priced at $9995
