About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“Up for sale is my 1948 Willy’s Jeep. This Jeep runs and drives great. I recently installed a soft top, which is included in the sale. Also included is the matching bantam trailer.”
UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $12,000. You can see this lift in action at the beginning of this video (thanks to Harmen for point it out):
(02/04/2019) Interesting lift. Maybe a more advanced version of the Farm-Aide lift? You can compare this one to some others: http://farmjeep.com/lifts.html … There might be a data plate on the right side near the pivot.
“Restored a few years ago, with only 23 miles put onto it since then. Yes, 23 miles.

After WW2, Willys started to produce vehicles that could be multi-purpose. They wanted to build a truck that could complete with a tractor on the farm, so there were a bunch of factory options you could order the truck with.
This one has a factory installed hydraulic lift on the back. This was so you could pull a plow ( which comes with the truck ) or any number of other accessories. It could be disconnected if desired though.
The Jeep also comes with the rear seats and tailgate which could be installed if the hydraulic hitch is removed. “
“Listing for a friend. You are looking at a very nice and well detailed 1956 Willys Station Wagon. It is the 4 wheel drive with the Continental 226 engine. It has had a very nice restoration including brand new interior with great attention to detail. Powdercoated seat frames, new upholstery, headliner, floor, etc. All new chrome along with updated stereo as well. New chrome grill. Also has brand new tires including the spare. Paint shows very nice, although has minor rust showing above drivers rear wheel well and bottom right of rear hatch. It also has new wiring and generator under the hood. Attention to detail on this truck is apparent throughout.
The bad part and reason for the very low price, is while enjoying all this fresh work, the engine let go with one of it’s rod bearings and will need a rebuild. It is all complete and has not been pulled out, my friend is just done with it and ready to just move on from it now. No expense has been spared and you will not be dissapointed. Asking 14,000”
“The Jeep has never undergone a full restoration, but Willys America in Sonoma County worked on it to improve safety and drivability. Some of the engine and body work include new, replaced, or repaired components, such as wiring harness and cable, leaf springs, shocks, 12V system, fuel tank, clutch, hoses, brakes, fuel tank, and many more components. Receipts available for inspection. The jeep has several dents, scrapes, and rust spots. The windshield wipers do not work. There is no top. It is not a show vehicle, although fun to drive. I garage it in my hometown of Long Beach (Bluff Park), CA. Clear title”
The price is listed at $25,000, but it sounds like the seller will take offers.
