About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“Posting for a friend. 1951 Willys Sedan Delivery. Has a 350 Chevy motor and is completely custom. Automatic Transmission. Body is in excellent condition and has been cared for. It does not currently have a power steering unit equipped.”
I spoke with Calvin about this Jeep. It underwent a frame up refurb with lots of new parts from Ron Fitzpatrick. The paint job was custom done by a local artist and is clear-coated. He’s only selling it because some back surgeries have made riding in it uncomfortable. Contact him via email at lorrainelg @ charter.net (remove spaces around @) or via the phone at 541 772 6089.
“Body off restoration, custom one of a kind airbrushed with pearlescent accents paint job. Everything gone thru engine, transmission, differentials, axles, seals and bearings. Completely stick restoration only only change is 12 volt conversion. Three-year restoration spared no expense.”
(10/26/2019) It appears the body has had a great deal of work done to it. Certainly not original, but looks like pretty good work. I imagine there isn’t much demand for a Gator-themed CJ-2A.
“1946 Willys CJ2 in as new condition, original drivetrain with the addition of a Buick Odd Fire V6, UF Gator colors, drive it to the game to support your team.”
“1947 CJ2A Willys Jeep. Clean Title. Good condition. Includes mounted Ramsey 8,000 lb capacity winch. The winch alone is worth $1,000 new. Runs good. Includes tow bar.”
(10/22/2019) I’d like to see some more pics of this one. Has a fiberglass body.
“This vehicle is for show. Has won many awards. Chevy 383 stroker engine. Original transmission and rear end. Custom exhaust. New fiberglass body. Yellow paint. Additional custom features. Has been in the family since original purchase in 1946. No second party representatives”

“This is a 1956 willys Jeep. Civilian variant of the M38A1 military Jeep. It’s a southern Jeep with a TN title. No mileage on the title because it’s exempt. The cluster has 8k on it. Car starts up runs and drives. Just tuned up with a new carburetor. Tub is steel and is mint with no rust. Frame is also immaculate and had been completely under coated. We have been using it as a beach cruiser. Car has a little Bimini top for the summer. Powered by the original 4cyl. 134cid/70hp 1bbl. Front axle is a Dana 25 and the rear axle is a Dana 44. “Selling a running and driving 1952 Jeep Willy. This is one rare breed of jeeps and a driving one that gets attention wherever it goes!! Such a fun little Jeep to drive around town and the beach. It gets smiles whenever it’s on the road and the wind blowing through your hair in this classic is the best Cali feeling in the world!! Don’t miss this opportunity to get this rare classic and make some great memories doing so!! It has a 4 cylinder 4 speed manual and runs strong! Suspension is tight and handles well for what it is.”
“1959 Willys Jeep Truck. Very solid body/frame with newer complete paint. I have many pictures of body as we sandblasted everything to white metal to show how solid the Jeep is/was before painting about 8 years ago.
327 V8 from 1969 Camaro with Edelbrock torquer intake and Edelbrock street carb. T90 3 speed transmission.
Comes with 1976 Scout II Dana 44/3:08 front (disc brakes) axle with all parts to renew from knuckle to wheels. Also Turbo 350 transmission with shift kit completely rebuilt and Chevy gear to gear HI/LO transfer case all these extras to be installed by buyer to handle the horsepower and torque of the 327 engine. Runs 70mph on hot July days and no problem with overheating. There is a lifter noise that you need to consider before buying decision is made. The Ahooga horn you see in pictures does no go with Willys as I have had it for 45 yrs and is a heirloom of sorts. The original Willys horn was working when I put Ahooga horn in truck.
