This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Hugger Orange with gold pearl overlay.
Over 3000 miles on build.”

“1948 CJ2A. 2 inch lift, with 31″ TSL bias ply Swampers. Front disc brakes, power steering, lockers front and rear. Full roll cage, 4 point seat belts up front. Engine rebuilt 2 years ago. Hardened valve seats added. Also rebuilt the transmission and put in new clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing. Rebuilt front end with new bearings, races, seals, discs, pads, and calipers. Rear end just rebuilt. $7000 or offer.”

This ex-American Legion FC sports a rear PTO. It does need some work.
“Here’s a very hard to find FC-150. Used as a parade vehicle by the American Legion years ago. It was towed from event to event and the tow bar comes with it for easy pick up. Very cool looking paint job. Hurricane 4 cylinder engine. Comes with white spoke wheels and original rims with tires. PTO in rear! The photos show the condition of the FC-150. Having owned a couple of these it’s hard to find one with such a clean undercarriage. It’s been off the road for several years so it will need some work to be driver.

Has no motor or roof.
“1980 Jeep CJ6 Modified. Not street legal. Set up for dirt drags and motocross/obstacle racing. Jeep is complete less the motor. AGAIN NO MOTOR. It has a fresh built TH400 w/ trans brake. New carriers, Ring and Pinion in both the front and rear differentials. Rear is a Dana 44 and front is a Dana 30. Dana model 20 transfer case. Jeep is set up for a small block chevy. Jeep has radiator, fans, MSD Box, MSD 2 Step, Steering brake in the front, trans cooler, fuel cell, Holley electric fuel pump, tachometer with shift light, and a fire suppression system .Comes with headers for a small block chevy and motor mounts. Nice aluminum wheels with good condition Buckshot tires. Check out the photos. Roof is no longer on the Jeep or available.”l
