This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The vehicle with the longest service record in the Dutch military, serving in the Royal Army for more than 40 years from 1952 until 1996, is the M38A1 Jeep. During and shortly after World War II, the Dutch army used jeeps left behind by American forces.
