1962 Wagon Seattle, WA $5500

Looks solid.

“Parting ways with a 1962 Jeep Willys Wagon. Most all original, including 6-226 Super Hurricane engine. I believe the only modifications to body or mechanical is a small mounting tab on the left, front bumper (can be seen in some pictures) and the battery/starter wiring. Jeep ran up great until about 3 years ago. It had a starter motor or solenoid requiring some work, I didn’t have the time and now here we are…

Some typical rusting in the back panel of the tailgate, typical for this make/model – you can see this in the pictures. There are also some shallow dents in the roof (you can see these from the pictures). Otherwise, the body is in good shape. This jeep has been garaged for the last 10 years or so.

“Up for sale is this original 1957 Willys 1 Ton 4×4 Truck. This truck has the 6 cyl. Super Hurricane Motor. It was purchased at an Estate Sale here in Napa. I had to rescue this awesome example of the top of the Willys Overland post war production. The truck is almost all there. The old story “it was running when it was parked” is what I got from the original owner. I also will combine a more rust free body of another truck same color for $500 more. The top of the transmission was off when I bought it. It has another transmission case in the bed. This is a great project rig for a full restoration or rock crawler. The truck has a clean California title!”

Runs and plows, but not road legal.

“Bought this b/c its a 1942 Ford Script GPW jeep and b/c it is cool.. runs great…its a great deer hunting jeep.. play jeep or just jot around town cool ride.. gets lots of looks b/c its looks cool… I was thinking I would go thru it and fix it to full stock.. .as a GPW Ford Script Jeep.. After full inspection it is beyond what I want to get into…

It has bondo in it… has been converted to power steering has a lift on it (only about 1.5”)… and is missing stuff that is needed … like the light buckets.. black out lights .. and things like that…. Continue reading →

Wagon & Wagoneer Wanted for Concourse Delegance in Plymouth, MI

Bill Norris was contacted by the St Johns (formerly the Meadowbrook) Concourse Delegance in Plymouth, MI to see if he could find them a late 50s early 60s Willys wagon (preferably a Maverick) and an early 60s Wagoneer for a special SUV display they are putting on this year. I have nothing to do with the show, but some how they got my name. Anyway, the vehicles must be really well preserved originals or very accurate restorations. No customs wheels, paint etc. They want them to look as much like factory as possible.

This is a very prestigious show. Its not your local cruise in type thing. Many high end, high dollar cars from collectors all over the world participate in this event.

Anyone interested can contact Bill at billnorris5189@gmail.com? You must be willing to transport the vehicle to and from the show. It takes place the last weekend of July 29, 30 and 31. They need an answer by 5/13 so they can be included in the show’s program.
