Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “For Sale: One of a Kind 1947 Willy’s Jeep (CJ-2A)
This Jeep has been carefully rebuilt from the ground up over 3 years by my father, a retired certified ASEA mechanic. Starting from a sandblasted frame, new-off-shelf (N.O.S) parts were used whenever possible. Every piece has been carefully rebuilt and reassembled – you won’t find a cleaner, or more authentic rebuild of a 1947 Willy’s. Lots of fun to take off-road, or cruise around town with the windshield down. See below for details on each component. Thanks!

Two 1948 Jeep Willy’s
One has the original 4 cylinder engine and manual trans. Has title.
One doesn’t have a motor but is set up for a short block ford v8. Has manual trans. No title.
