This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Seller inherited it and knows little about it.

(04/13/2019) The custom axe holder works well in that spot. Has some Cutlas Power-Lock hubs. Has some funky front fender flaps.

This project flattie might have a replacement body rather than an M-38 body. Look like a good roll cage.

This 1950 CJ-3A brochure was one I hadn’t seen. It sold for $78. I stopped bidding at $50.
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $10,000.
(05/02/2019) Has some updates.
“1950 Willys. 4 wheel disc brakes. Rock crawler automatic transmission and power steering. Half cab or open with roll bar. 2 sets of wheels and tires. Air conditioning, V6 engine with headers and new dual exhaust. 12000 lb winch. $10000 or trade.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $6300.
(04/04/2019) This 3A(?) has a 3B windshield. The grille is likely home made. The dash may have a gov plate on it.

stock 4cyl., 3 spd., stock axles. runs great, everything works. could use rollbar, wipers. every inch of this thing has been touched, improved. built this with plans to take camping, then bought a ranger because smoother for wife.
Can trade for muscle car , hotrod or something a car/truck guy might like. if you have cash, i will swing you a great deal if you actually show up to buy.

(04/11/2019) Seller lists this as a 1953 M-38, but it appears to be a CJ frame with a replacement body.
“I have a 53 Willy’s m38 for sale. It is in good condition overall. No rust, great tires. F head engine has been put in it hence the hole in the hood. And the steering is backwards due to a steering conversion gone wrong before I got it. Nothing that would be very hard to fix. Have the original steering column. Runs great. I was going to restore but priority’s have changed.”
