About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Body is in nice condition with some body cracks where the spare tire was mounted. Luggage rack on back that hold 2 gas cans and an ice chest. Tool box in back seat area. Overall it is a nice old jeep.”
This poor jeep. The rims look rare, but not sure they are worth much.
“1954 Willys Jeep for Parts. Rear ends are good. Tranny should good…has been sitting for a long time. Frame is good. There is also a windshield and a hood that goes with it that is not pictured. ”
“Two for One – This great hunting jeep comes with a second jeep I bought for parts. Auto Trader Classics list this model as a collectors item worth up to $21,000 restored. I have owned it for 30 years and recently sold my hunting ranch. Runs good and recently put $1,600 in parts in it.”
“Old Jeep I call Rusty. A little to good to scrap out and not quite good enough for high dollar restoration. When I got her the plugs were broken and rusted in place so I pulled the head and removed them and cleaned up the head. Inspected engine and it looked in great condition. Reinstalled head with new plugs. Then found out starter was no good. Gave up on fixing starter and got new one only to find out ring gear had teeth missing. Pulled engine replaced ring gear and put new clutch kit in while I was at it. Put engine back in, pulled shift tower on transmission and inspected gears. All good. Changed fluids twice in transmission and transfer case. Shifts good now. Hooked up my jumper box and and after 30+ years, engine started right up. The carburetor needs a complete rebuild so I have to choke it to make it run. Engine has excellent compression and vacuum. Pretty good old Jeep. Will need hat channel and some floor work. It will also need a fuel tank, brake work and a windshield. Has great patina. This old Jeep came from the Warren, Arkansas area where it has been in an old shed for years. I have a video of engine running, so I’ll send it to an email address, just let me know. It’s sold with bill of sale only.”
Looks like the pair is priced at $3500. The 2A runs and the 3A doesn’t.
“I have two complete Jeep’s for sale. I would like to sell these as a pair. They are both partially restored and have new tires etc… I drove the 1947 quite a bit this summer, it ran great. Has been sitting in my shop the last couple of months and the last time I tried to start it, it would run for a while then die. I think the carb needs cleaned. The 1953 is complete but the engine is disassembled. They would be fun to tinker with this winter.”
“I have a 50 willy jeep flat fender, with a ford V8 motor, it has power steering and power brakes, It has a 3 speed trans with a T 18 transfer case, it has two gas tanks, it also has a winch on the front. It has a roll bar and a full bench seat with good upholstery. It does not have a back seat. The motor runs good, but the trans makes a lot of noise in 2nd and third gears. I have another 3 speed trans for it. I have a clean Nevada title for it The windshield is cracked and dirty and there is some rust in the usual places.I am only asking $1500 for the jeep as it does need some tlc, but it does run and you can drive it home if you don’t live to far from Carson City. Larry Will trade for a suzuki sidekick, or Geo Tracker, or a Suzuki Samurai or 1973 Jeepster Larry Thanks for looking”
“Stock – 4 Cylinder – 3 Speed – 4 Wheel Drive. Everything has been rebuilt on this beauty! It has been a Labor of Love working hours and hours tinkering and restoring this sweet ride! It has New Wheels and Tires, Diamond Plate Tank. It is rebuilt mechanically and ready for you to paint!”

“My father is in poor health. I am selling some of his toys for him. This is a 1951 Willys Jeep that was restored when he bought it in 2001. It has not been run in a couple years. It did run good when he was using it some. It mostly has sat in his heated garage all these years. Hi book value is $23K. We are asking $17,500.”
