About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“We have a 1949 Willys Jeep CJ3A for sale for $2000 OBO. It still has the original 4 cylinder motor that is not running. All parts are original and it is ready to restore. Will consider trade for decent 4X4 work truck.”
(06/28/2012) “1- 1952 willys Jeeps the black one is complete.
1- 1952 willys Jeep the red one is partly restored and
has a complete rebuilt motor.

The front fenders and the rear wheel wells have been hacked. Halve the price, then halve the price again for this tortured survivor.
“I have a 1948 Willys Jeep CJ2A. It runs and drives. Clean title and I just had it go through insection. It has practically brand new tires. The fenders were cut off by a previous owner. It is rusty. It does need to be restored. I would like to sell it for 5000. I would consider a trade for a newer jeep wrangler.”
“Up for sale is my, near perfect, 1952 cj3a Willys Jeep. . Jeep has a clear title. 3 speed manual gears. Has 4 cylinder flat head motor. Exterior and interior color are both dark green. My Willys Jeep starts and runs absolutely excellent. The paint is good with minuscule blemishes. 4 wheel drive works great, with brand new tires on jeep. Reupholstered seats with odometer that exceeds mechanical limits. Some new gauges and some are original with dash being in excellent condition. Jeep has new fuel tank. “I have a 1951 cj3a Willys jeep for sale. I do not have a title. The front drivers side floor board has been rusted thru and cut out. Body is still in decent shape. The previous owner had cut a portion of the firewall out to fit a V8. I’m selling this as a parts jeep or would make a great candidate for a rock crawler. Will not part out, take the whole thing.”
“This is a 1952 CJ3A project jeep. Tub needs work and is now off to paint the frame, plenty of power with a 283 Chevy V-8 motor that runs good and doesn’t smoke. it has a scoop on the hood to accommodate the V-8 motor. It has a roll bar, and electronic Mallory ignition to eliminate points, high volume aluminum water pump, new master brake cylinder, new electric fuel pump and good tires. This jeep is set up for 12 volts. Needs to be restored, mostly paint and some body work welding, but a fun jeep. The wheel cylinders were replaced recently by the previous owner and it has the original 9″ brakes. Brand new $300 aluminum radiator just installed. Asking $2550 or best offer”
