These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1949 Willy’s CJ, great little jeep, don’t use it as much as I planned, runs good, needs the oil pump gasket replaced, little drip going right onto the exhaust, haven’t gotten around to fixing it. Pretty clean body. No trades.”
“It has a 1953 Willys F Head Motor in it. Runs good, everything works great. Has the original heater that works. Everything is all 6 volt. Has a Koenig winch on the front that works. Lots of new parts, new tires and some extra parts to go with it as well. Has books and records dating back to 1961.”

“49 willies jeep, was used as a sand truck but set up for a rat rod as well. Currently has Pontiac 400 and turbo 400 trans, Ford 9inch rear end with spool and 5.14 gears. Will come with Chrysler 440 and tf 727 trans with manual valve body. Pontiac engine and trans will be removed unless you want to pay 2500 more for that. Full fiberglass body.”
