About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“Classic restored 1961 CJ 3B willys Jeep. Original Miles. Super clean with new tires, new interior, fresh paint, sand stone splatter guard interior with white and black specks along with clear-coat. New radiator, carburetor, exhaust, starter, and clutch. This is a classic jeep well kept and well maintained!
“1955 Willys C38 with only two owners. The vehicle isn’t running but she comes with proper paperwork and has been parked under cover since 1965. Comes with a Ramsey winch, a tow hitch and an arctic winter roof & door package. She’s in excellent condition and would be a great project to the right owner.”
“Nissan diesel sdl 33 motor with turbo dana 300 transfer case and good 5 spd trans out of 1980 scout axles out of fj 40 landcruiser ran good when last run 2 years ago. Too many projects. Modesty forces sale. Stout frame and springs.”
“Engine rebuild included: new pistons and rings, machined the crank and cam, new oil pump, all new seals, and new lifters.Issues: I had this on the road last year and it drove good and climbs any thing pretty much. I have struggled with it overheating and one of the new oil lines needs replaced in order to drive it. The radiator had been checked and cleaned but I believe the overheating could be due to the radiator. So the jeep still needs some work done to it but you will love it once it has some TLC.Body: In amazing shape. It has some minor surface rust but no holes throughout the body.
You are bidding on a 1954 Willy’s CJ-3B jeep. The motor has been rebuilt with hard seats to run unleaded gas and has less than 500 miles on it. The transmission has been resealed to take care of those pesky leaks. Many new parts to include: battery, break master cylinder, break slave cylinders have been refurbished, rubber break lines, steering gear box resealed, new clutch kit, and misc. items.

Looks like a wide variety of parts. Lots of pics on Craigslist.
“Small one man shop in Croydon with tons of Jeep parts and parts Jeeps. Have been collecting Jeeps and Jeep parts for over 15 years and need to sell off some stuff to make room for more projects. Have saved rare and common parts mostly older CJ and J-truck but plenty of YJ and TJ please call and leave a message with the parts you are looking for and I will get back to you. Also looking to purchase Jeep projects that need to be finished.”
“I have a 1964 Jeep Willy’s CJ3B for sale. It is in good condition for its age. It does need some TLC to get in running condition. It has been in storage for the last 2 years, engine turns over but will not start. I believe the fuel pump needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Prior to it being put in storage it ran fine. a new fuel pump and replace the break lines and it should be ready to roll.”
“This is a clean Jeep built in 1965 by Mitsubishi under license by Kaiser Jeep Corp. These are rare, but well made. They have a higher hood. This one has a PTO driven Ramsey winch in front. It has an odd fire 3.8 GM V-6- which means high torque. Runs great! It is also equipped with a mechanical air compressor driven off the engine. Has a CB radio. Good Rubber. Roll bar. Exhaust has shorties. No rust anywhere. This came out of southern AZ. We built a tow bar for it, so it will be ready to tow to the high country and hit the trails. Great Hunting Jeep. Unit is street legal.”
“Picked this up the other day, I buy a lot of Jeeps and couldn’t pass up the deal. I intended to use it as a little yard Jeep but I am in the process of moving to a new shop and starting a business in the next couple of months and realize that I do not want to have to move this to the new shop and it is just taking up space now and will be for the foreseeable future.
It has no vin plates, but is an early 50s CJ-3B Willys. I have no title. Most of it is there, engine, trans, tcase, axles. It rolls, but does not run. The engine is seized but might break free with a good soaking. I have some oil down in the cylinders for the last couple of days. Has the Hurricane 4-cyl and the T90 3-spd transmission. Radiator and some parts are missing off of it, but it is a pretty good solid project.”
