About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Purchased last year from the original owner who used it for hunting. New wheels and tires + spare. Beige with black interior. Good condition, runs great. Dual gas tanks. All service records and manuals.

1947 Willys Jeep CJ2A (Civilian Jeep). Original factory color of Mediator Blue. Purchased from a farm in Connecticut 14 years ago. Mostly stored indoors but driven regularly.
Original L4-134 “Go-Devil” engine making 60 BHP .4 speed manual gearbox. Runs and drives well.
This is an original 1949 Willys Jeep. It has original body and drivetrain. Engine runs nice. Has been converted to 12v system with alternator and newer battery. The distributor has also been upgraded to a Petronix electronic ignition.Fuel system has newer fuel tank and I put on a new fuel pump last year. This will need a complete exhaust system as the engine is currently running just a short pipe coming out of the exhaust manifold.
The transfer case was completely overhauled by the previous owner before I bought the Jeep. There was also a full disc brake conversation done by the previous owner with Geo Metro disc brakes on the front and rear axle. This is an upgrade that is very popular with older Jeeps.
There is also a rear passenger seat which is not usually found on these older Jeeps. A nice front tow bar is also attached to the front bumper. The tires are decent and all match on original 16in rims.
The Jeep has a good clear title.
I have owned the Jeep for almost two years. I have only driven it in the field to test all the drivetrain and brakes. I am battling health issues and it is now very difficult for me to get in and out of the Jeep. This would make someone a really good, original off road vehicle to enjoy Willys Jeep events.

The JeepsterMan has been around since the 1960’s and was started by Morris Ratner who is pictured on the site. We still honor the original “JeepsterMan” and we are grateful for his perseverance in reproducing hard to find Willys and Jeep parts.
Today the JeepsterMan team, Mark and John are now the owners of JeepsterMan. JeepsterMan and Just Jeepsters is a father and son dream from 25 years ago when Mark bought his first 1972 Jeep Commando. We were hooked. Our lives took different paths but we always maintained our love for these very rare and prestigious vehicles.

Kaiser Willys Auto Supply, a family owned business providing quality and reasonably priced vintageWillys Jeep Parts, was founded by Ron Meditz in 1995 and handed down from father to son, Mike Meditz,in the early 2000s. In the beginning, Ron’s interest in the hobby began with a 1954 Kaiser Darrin (pictured below), and very quickly expanded into Kaiser Frasier, Willys Jeep, Truck and Station Wagon. For as long as he can remember, owner Mike Meditz can recall many childhood experiences surrounding his father’s interest in the Kaiser / Willys line of automobiles.

CJ-2A Fiberglass Body Only with original Willys Windshield
$1500Listed in Cottage Grove, MN
May have been up for a while.
So doing some reaseach on the small sticker on the body, I feel this could be a club from MN called the Beater Boy Diggers possibly, or Boys, not sure the photo is grainy a bit, but looking it up there was a popular club with the name and fits the time frame from the modification on this one. Neat custom tail lights, CB antenna, hood scoop, this thing was a pretty neat ride back in the day. Could be wrong on that club name so any info would be happy to hear, if there is a better picture of the club and history always happy to share some of that as well. Comment or email post@ewillys.com
