About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“1971 CJ 5 jeep. Engine has been rebuilt. Wiring is brand new.
Runs very well! It didn’t have a back seat when I bought it, so I bought one but haven’t put it in yet. I also have some chrome pieces, bikini top, and some other pieces.
There are no holes in it. 4wd works great.
I also have an 8500 lb winch and some snow tires and rims I am selling in different posts that would work with this.”
“For Sale: One of a Kind 1947 Willy’s Jeep (CJ-2A)
This Jeep has been carefully rebuilt from the ground up over 3 years by my father, a retired certified ASEA mechanic. Starting from a sandblasted frame, new-off-shelf (N.O.S) parts were used whenever possible. Every piece has been carefully rebuilt and reassembled – you won’t find a cleaner, or more authentic rebuild of a 1947 Willy’s. Lots of fun to take off-road, or cruise around town with the windshield down. See below for details on each component. Thanks! Continue reading →

Mr. H. E. George found a creative way to sell FCs by taking them to livestock auctions. This article was featured in the January 1958 issue of Willys News.
(11/04/2015) “1958 Willys CJ-3B. Runs great. I replaced transmission with new from Kaiser Willys last year. Clutch was in really good shape so did not replace. Also installed Warn premium locker hubs and did extensive brake work and also rebuilt some of steering. Body is in nice shape with no meaningful rust (body and paint was done by a previous owner). Paint has a few minor flaws. Engine starts and runs well. Tires are excellent condition. Horn is missing, as is emergency brake cable. Cannot validate mileage.”
