About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
(09/08/2015) This might have a civilian chassis (at least I don’t see rear floating tubs).

(11/02/2015) Sounds like it runs, but is still a project.
“Looking to sell today for 1500(absolute lowest price I will go), after 11/1/2015 the price goes up to $2000.
1952 Willys Cj3a in great mechanical condition, but needs a fair amount of body work. The jeep is a project that I started five years ago and just haven’t had the time to finish. Now my family is up to 5 and I need to build something larger(not looking for trade), so the jeep has to go.
The L-head engine was rebuilt about 2 years ago, all machine work done by Carl’s Machine Shop, in Pocatello, The transmission and transfer-case were rebuilt at the same time, all new internals in the transmission and mostly new parts(some parts were still good) in the transfer case. Carburetor is rebuilt, but the old oil bath air cleaner is gone, replaced by a k&n style foam air cleaner that works great. The jeep is not registered, but I do have a Title and bill of sale. If you are interested, text is the best way to get a hold of me for info or more pics. Thanks for your time, have a nice day.”
“1964( titled as a 66) Jeep CJ-5a Tuxedo Park Mark IV for sale. I found this in a barn while driving around the back roads near my house and hope to send it to a good home where it can be given a second lease on life. The Jeep is mostly original with the exception of paint, top, rear seat and some of the Tuxedo Park trim items. It is a 4cyl, 3 speed column shift, single stick transfer case model. Still has the desirable 60/40 bench seat, chrome bumpers, and assorted trim pieces. All tires less than 2 years old with less than 100 miles on them. A rollbar has been added. The jeep is fairly solid. The frame seems to be in great shape with no visible cracking or cancerous rust. The body is in fair shape. The fenders have been roughed up a bit, one rocker needs some work, the rear cargo support/crossmember needs to be replaced and the area around and including the tailgate needs to be repaired. The jeep runs, but needs some mechanical work. It has a decent rod knock on one of the cylinders and oil is getting into the #1 combustion chamber. I will be pinpointing the rod knock and replacing the damaged parts early next week if I get the parts in time. Clutch, Brakes and all gears in trans and transfer case work as they should.”
“This is a 1961 Willys Jeep CJ6, serial number 19428 which puts it at early ’61. Most recent pictures are the ones with the yellow rims with the winch and grille removed. The Ramsey PTO winch system is listed separately under auto parts for $500. This Jeep has some accessories:
Selectro lockout hubs
Isarmatic Lift Control plow pump
Heavy duty tow bar
The frame is in solid condition and most definitively usable for a project. Both the axles spin easy, as well as the transfercase levers. I checked the engine oil and it’s clean, no metal or water. This is similar to a Jeep CJ5 or CJ7.
Feel free to call or text me with the information up top any time. If I don’t answer I’ll call back shortly after, and reachable by text all day.“
“This is a complete PTO winch setup that will fit on the back of a T90/T90A transfercase. These are commonly used for Willys Jeeps: MB, GPW, CJ2A, CJ3A, CJ3B, CJ5, CJ6, and CJ7. Both data tags are present and in good condition.
PTI-J dual output PTO
MX200R 8000lb winch
The PTO system is free, the output lever is free as well as the winch control itself. All the spinning parts spin and the winch clutch moves in and out easily.
Feel free to call or text me with the information up top any time. If I don’t answer I’ll call back shortly after, and reachable by text all day.”
