Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1946 Willys Jeep for Sale
This Jeep is not running. I took it in trade and was told it was running when parked many years ago. I have had a battery in it and the engine does turn over. I was told it is a 1946 so I can only assume that is correct. The body looks to have been replaced with a fiberglass body at some point. From the cowl back it is fiberglass. The front fenders and inner fenders are steel. It looks to have the original running gear, although the shifter seems to be stuck in neutral. (There is no Title) The sale will be Bill of Sale only

“Grandma bought this Jeep brand new in 1966. Always has run great. Has not been started in several years. Been garaged for the last year. Comes with USMC trailer and couple sets of wheels and tires. Plan was to restore to original, but just never seem to get a good start, so time to turn over to someone else.”
I believe this is a Jiffy cab model, but I don’t remember being able to disassembled it quite so much. Maybe I’m just spacing that.
