This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Well, it’s the first year they put the hurricane in the CJ-3B, but not in the CJ-3A.

(06/03/2014) Looks nice.
“Mostly original. Converted to 12v. Paint is newer but some imperfections (pics show worst spot). Brand new Firestone military tires, New battery with quick disconnect for long periods of storage. New Radiator (custom polished). New plugs,wires. Ooooga horn for some fun. It runs and drives great. Factory fuel gauge not working (when converted to 12v) but aftermarket gauge installed off to the side so if you get the original gauge working you can remove the aftermarket one. Aftermarket fuel tank and sender. 5874 miles showing. Was told it was original but no way to confirm. 4 cylinder engine, 3 speed transmission, with locking 4 wheel drive. This would be great as a business display vehicle or a weekend cruiser. We are not the owner of this truck but he is available to contact once interest is shown”
