About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“Hate to get rid of this guy but need the money. 52’ CJ3a Buick odd fire V6 3 speed trans with warn overdrive factory 5.38s with factory locker some extra misc parts message for any questions. Will need to be trailered”
A very rare treasure. Forget all the assistance systems and all the other bells and whistles that today’s cars have.
This is pure driving!
Swedish Willys truck from 1957 with 3.6 liter Super Hurricane 6-cylinder engine.
An old master mechanic did a lot on the car in just under 100 hours.
Main work: The front was converted to disc brakes with a conversion kit from kaiserwillys.com from America. That’s why 17 inch rims from a Dodge Ram are now fitted. The rims were turned out to match and powder-coated in black.”
“For Sale!
1949 Willys CJ2A
12 volts, runs good, has a heater, rebuilt starter, new alternator/coil, extra rims and tires, misc. parts included, has a front plow attachment. Needs a new owner for a little more TLC. Please call between 9 AM and 9 PM.”
“1946 Willy, runs very good, mechanically sound, brakes work, shifts good, 4WD seems to be good, converted to 12 volt, charges, tires good , motor very quiet, no smoking, very good bones for restoration, has a half cab, seats decent.”
“1947 Willy’s Jeep CJ-2A
Project or Parts. Motor not original, transmission not good. Was running when parked because of tranny. Front floorboards rusted out & bed is in fair condition. Original hood, grill, dash & windshield are pretty good. Was my father’s “field jeep” so it wasn’t registered or anything. Asking $1350 obo. Cash Only.”
