Lots of updates to this custom build. The body appears to be from a DJ-3A Convertible or a Surrey. The front frame rails have a curious shape; the chassis may not be a jeep chassis.

UPDATE: This 3B was for sale earlier this year and had an L-head in it, but that engine and tranny/tc have been removed. The price has been dropped.
