This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I have a 1948 Willys Cj2A. It has an enclosed metal cab(koenig). It is a 4 cylinder, 3 speed, 4wd. Starts and drives, excellent machinical condition. Does not have a heater. Speedometer glass is missing. The plow works. Some holes in floor and frame cracks as noted in pictures. It is running off of a aux. fuel tank in the bed. Four extra mounted tires included.”

“1967 Jeep CJ6
Engine is a 225 Buick V6 original with a 3 speed transmission
The Jeep runs and drives but needs the brakes rebuilt. Jeep will need to be trailered. Jeep has been sitting several years but no rust that I can see in the body. Odometer reads 11877 miles not sure if that is accurate.
Jeep has a Jacobs snow plow blade with Hydraulic cylinder up and down control that works.
Asking price is $3500 or make reasonable offer.

Needs battery, but runs.
“1967 Jeep CJ6-A Half-cab
This is a rare vehicle- approximately 400 made. Has a Buick V-6 engine which is probably the original motor. Not sure of the exact mileage, but motor is very stong and this little Jeep is a great runner. You will need a new battery, but once jump-started it runs just fine.
Has a 3-speed transmission with a nice tight clutch. It is very low geared – so great for off-road – but goes down the highway at 55 mph very nicely. I have driven it 40+ miles, and back – several times – and never had a problem. I have also driven it in a few local parades, and it does catch peoples’ eye.
Good brakes – just had them checked and some lines replaced (notice the bent front bumper – that was before the brakes were fixed and a tree stump stopped me). Will need some body work done to restore it to perfect condition.
Speedometer and temp gauge work, but most the others don’t. Horn, windshield wiper, and all lights work. Has a brand new driver’s side seat belt, but passenger belt needs replaced. “

“I have for sale or trade a 1955 willys cj5 jeep $9,000 with rare original half cab that has new tin on it. Also I have a spare rim and tire, 2 way Meyers 6′ plow, set of axles (solid), transmission and transfer case, extra 12 volt hydraulic pump a whole box of parts not sure whats all in it , jeep has brand new water pump, tires, New leafspring shackles, extra leafsprings added for additional clearance, New brakes, brake lines, and fitted with a vacume fan and electric windshield wipers. Also Open for trades on a newer car good condition 4×4 truck, gas or diesel, must be in good condition and minimal rust. Manual transmission preffered Let me know what.you got. Contact me for additional details.”

I’ve never seen a DJ-5 with a half-cab. It is left-handed steering, too.
“Rare Model 1969 DJ-5A Kaiser/Willys Jeep .. GM motor, stock automatic trans and other internal parts…Last year before AMC took over… easy to get parts for… Highway geared, Posi Track Rearend, Stock Auto Trans, New Tires and Drives Fine. Two Wheel Drive.. set up to Tow a Boat or Camper or be Towed behind your RV… Really a tuff little rig .. I would Drive it to Oregon, just as is!
Odometer shows 61,000 Stock 2.5 “IRON DUKE” 4 Cylinder motor. This is an Arizona jeep and not rusted, like the ones I’ve seen in Oregon. Clear/Clean Title in hand.. If you want to Test Drive or have questions”

“1946 Willys CJ2A. Runs well. Some new parts, some old. New: rebuilt Buick v-6 motor, starter, radiator, all brake parts including lines, windshield, wiper motor, heater, wiring and lights. Old but not original: steering, extended leaf springs, 11″ brake drums. Has all range overdrive, tranny in good shape, body has rust and needs some work. Comes with homemade half-cab, set of 4 larger rimes and tires (tires not worth much). Fun project, fun to drive- come take a look. $2500.00. Yamhill”
