This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Run’s & drives ( may need a fuel pump ?) all original but cab, 6v system, we have the 4 original wheels/tires as well and doors that go on the cab. 4th original wheel is on it for a spare. Includes manual wrench too. All seats ok and it has the back seat. leave message at phone # or e-mail is best. $5700 obo”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $300.
The top needs a few glass panes.
“Koenig model 550 hardtop with full roll up windows and rear slider windows.
Steel in really good shape with no rust.
Needs seveal pieces of glass.”

(10/20/2016) Runs, but windshield needs some work.
“’47 Willys for sale. Runs great! Hard top, rear window and doors are included but doors and rear window are not currently on it (see pics). Driver’s door has a manufacturers tag from Willys though I’m not sure who actually made it – I’m told Grumman made them during the war and for a little while after, but I haven’t researched it too much. Tires have been “slimed”. The windshield seems solid (even though it has a crack) but the frame supporting it does show considerable deterioration – needs to be replaced, I just haven’t had time. No title. Great hunting or ranch vehicle.”

The engine is pulled apart.
“1962 JEEP Willy. Original blue. Truck has been mostly gutted, in pre-restoration condition. Original seats still in. Dash intact. Motor mount and head in, engine rebuilt is not back in, but stored in cargo area for now. Will need new tires. Will need new driver and passenger windows.
Selling AS IS, WHERE IS. For the price, it is a steal for a Willy fan that is looking to restore.
Have clean and clear title.
This is pick up only, but may be able to make delivery arrangements for additional fee. ‘”
Not sure why the seller thinks this is a 1949 or why the engine is a 1951.
“1949 Willys jeep / with 1951 Willy jeep engine. I bought this jeep at an auction with the idea I was going to redo the whole thing and make it really nice again , I have replaced the entire suspension, leaf springs , shocks and some brackets, brand new radiator, battery, newer tires etc. I have converted it from a 6 volt system to a 12 volt system, much nicer and reliable. Remember it is 65 years old, not in perfect condition, but in good condition, runs and no mechanical issue that I know of, does have seals that leak but work, I planed to change them but did not get to it. Don’t have the time to spend on it that I would like. I have over $4000 in it. Asking $3000 or best offer.”

Not clear how much value is here.
“Parting out a very complete 1953 CJ-3B Willys jeep.
The hard top is in good shape but needs a bit of work as you would expect from a 50+ year old unit.
Items already sold: Seats, starter, generator, heater, plow setup, rims, glass on the hard top.
Engine is stuck.
Body is shot except for hard top, hood, cowl and firewall.
