About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“I’m parting out my project. I lengthened the tub about 3″ at the door frame. This tub is actually kinda rare. It’s civilian but has the shovel and axe dents in the drivers side and a few other unique things. I have other parts on it for sale also. Not a lot of original parts though.”
UPDATE: Still Available. Here’s some additional information on the lengths of the jeep and trail.

“1943 Ford BB GPW JEEP. Clear GPW title but I call it the BB for big boy. It is about ten inches wider and about two feet longer then the normal WWII Jeep. For anyone larger that can not fit into a normal WWII jeep, this should fit you like a glove and is for you. Or for other person this has plenty of steering wheel and leg room. It has power steering, power brakes with a four cylinder fuel injected engine with the five speed manual trans.
This bad boy head turner has done 70 mph plus down the highway (speed limit) with more to go, and it rides and handles like a dream. In honor of our military persons and to help make them feel proud as they should, I have had many of our USA Veteran’s (past and present) sign the jeep in there honor.
This is a one of a kind proto type WWII Jeep and I dont think there is another like it in the world. I can work with you to have it shipped, or you can come pick it up and drive it home to any of the 49 states or where you can get to by land. The right top fender has a floor jack and tools that looks like a machine gun”
This chassis appears to have front frame horns and may have a CJ-2A transmission crossmember side-frame-mount setup. Given it’s been lengthened and located in the Spokane area, I’d bet this is a lengthened CJ-2A chassis (or CJ-2L as we’ve come to call them).

I recently acquired this and thought it would be perfect ranch truck for me. I’ts too tall for me to get in and out . In my eightys and my little wife no way can get in. It is roomy inside. I have a 47 jeepster and 47 wagon and I do like willys. . I’ve run add on about 10 vehicles and whatever sells …lIf truelly interested best to call my cell for details. 8 miles from Lincoln ranch has locked gates. in my name as 51 willys.”
This looks to be one of the CJ-2As lengthened out of the Spokane area. This was listed a few days ago on Craigslist (I think for $1800, but I can’t remember exactly). It lacked an engine.
“I have this very rare Willys CJ6 from 1946
Its a project car and the last guy lost interest.
What you see is what you get, engine missing!”
This undated Siebert Willys Ambulance brochure was probably produced in 1954-or 1955, based on the grille design on page 4. There is no form number on it. Within the brochure the company describes three different ambulance options.
One was called an Ambulance Utility Wagon and is featured on the backpage. It appears to be a basic sedan delivery with added first-aid/ambulance equipment.
The company also produced a Willys Custom Ambulance, which included side windows and a “deluxe interior”.
