This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1948 Willys 1-Ton Truck. This is a real nice Willys Truck. It starts and runs fine. Engine sounds good. It is real eye candy to people that know old Willys and trucks. I purchased 15 months ago and have only replaced some fuel and radiator hose. Prior work done by previous owner. No service records available. I understand the engine is not original but is the military L-head (?). See picture.
Don’t know the quality of the body work repairs over time, but it looks nice. Bed steel is solid with welded steel slats (to replace rusted areas). There is evidence of rust under cab and rocker panels that has been repaired. There is no visible rust. Continue reading

New steering wheels. Custom dash with new gauges. New heater core, much, much more.
This truck would make a great advertising vehicle for a company use you imagination. Has maybe 40 miles on it since rebuilt. Has a clean title Drive it home today. You could spend 20 grand on buying a truck and doing what is already done to tis truck. Or you can buy this one and start driving it today. No waiting 5 years.”
