“Up for sale is my fully restored Jeep CJ. It started life as a CJ5 but has been stretched 20 inches to a CJ6 (101 inch wheel base). Jeep has 5k miles on it since frame off restoration. Over $20k invested in upgrades. Some upgrades include; custom dash with Autometer gauges, Suspension Seats, tilt steering, power steering with AGR super pump and box, Dana 30 front end, 4 inch lift, Rebuilt 225 V6, Rebuilt T86, Rebuilt Spicer 18 T-Case, Brand new Swampers mounted on 15X10 A/R rims and more! (07/10/2015) Because this sits on a post ’71 CJ-5 chassis, the front clip has been lengthened.
“1951 Willy’s M38 Jeep. Runs and drives well. Set up on a 1973 cj 5 chassis and drive line. 258 straight 6 ,3speed manual transmission . Needs minor things to totally finish out . Front axle joints , front spring bushings, better front seats. wipers need finished wiring. Just small stuff. Assembled vehicle title already done in Ohio. decent paint job . turns heads at the car cruises.”

(07/10/2012) “have owned this jeep for 30 years and its time to move on to a new owner. m38 tub was stretched 24″ to fit a reinforced CJ6 frame. body is RUST & DENT FREE. minimal bondo on it. mounts are for a 350 chevy, 700r4, 2 1/2″ YJ leaf springs. roll bar is tied in to the frame in 6 points for safety. 20 gal fuel cell, dual batteries mount in the floor, tuffy security box for a glove box, auto meter gauges, new scout steering box. all the parts pictured plus a heavy duty tow bar. current non op, chp inspected and new vin# issued. I have a ton of money and 50 years of wheeling experience wrapped up in building this jeep.”

“Licence plated street legal 1948 CJ2A rock crawler. Owner built, streached frame and body 10 inches to allow comfortable seating in the corbeau suspension seats. 4.3L chevy fuel injected V6 turbo 350 transmission. Dana 20 T-case. Dana 44s front and rear, 4.88gears spool in the rear, detroit true track in front, on 35in wrangler MTRs. Warn rear bumper with a custom swing gate on it with a full size spare Full auto meter gauge set including speedometer. Full roll cage 6 point to the frame, not to the body. This Jeep is ready for the trail right now! Has been on the Rubicon trail several times, a well as the Fordyce trail. I am 6 foot tall and can be in the Jeep all day and be very comfortable. This Jeep is perfect for a weekend trip on the trail fot two, but there is a back seat for two kids. I have a small rack on the top to tie gear down to. I have lots of photos.
