Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Engine conversion to 1989 TBI 350.
New leaf springs. New shocks.

Po had a Buick v6 engine in it and cut a little of the firewall to accommodate it.
Body and floor metal in good condition except for rusted in normal areas that all.old jeeps were prone to do.”
A Warn OD is included, but it is non functional.

“1949 Willys CJ-3A. In good running order. Only thing that does not work is the waren overdrive unit. Has mid 70’s 2.3L Ford engine. Rebuilt transmission. Replaced last 4 years, all brake components, all clutch components, carburetor, timing belt. Top is older but had stitches redone. Have extra transmission and transfercase.”

Anyone recognize the transfercase on this rig? It appears that the pic at the very bottom was taken before the jeep was painted gray? This may have a Bobcat hood.
