“One of 1500 experimental vehicles authorized by the U.S. government, and built by Ford Motor Co in early 1941, prior to our involvement in WWII, when Bantam BRC and Willys MA also competed for the contract, eventually awarded to Willys, who built hundreds of thousands of the standardized ¼ ton 4×4 military jeeps. Restored to its current condition in 1994. Runs beautifully. Stored in Cecil, WI, asking; $8,900.”

“350 chevy, Mustang running gear, power steering plus many new parts : 3 speed auto trans, exhaust, radiator, gas tank, shocks, tires, wheels, brakes, carb, water pump, alternator, manifolds, fuel pump, battery, lights, CD player, bucket seats and much more, work in progress. Daily driver, runs great. I love this car, but have to let it go. Makes everyone smile.”

“You are bidding on a very original 1952 Willys Jeep CJ3A. This little ranch jeep has been in the same family over 50 years. It is very complete, original, and does run, drive, and stop. It also has a clear title.
This jeep has been in indoor storage for a number of years and just recently has been tuned up. The jeep received a new battery, plugs, soft carburetor rebuild and adjustment, fluids, and fuel system flush. The brakes were also gone through and the master cylinder rebuilt. The jeep comes with the newer tires shown on the jeep as well as a full set of 5 originals.

This jeep has rhino liner on the interior and exterior.
“1947 Willys Jeep CJ2A in good shape. Original 4 cylinder flat head engine. I have had the body sandblasted, inside and outside…then sprayed with Rhino Bedliner, then painted. I have the windshield and various other parts. I have owned this jeep for 45 years. I can answer all of your questions on the history of the jeep. I do not “have to” sell the jeep. I think it is worth the $6500 I am asking for it. Thanks for looking.”
I’ll provide some more information on the 1944 Willys Overland Annual Report that I’ve scanned, but I don’t have time tonight. Instead, here’s some fun reading from the report. I’ve combined two of the pages into one image. This comes from an anonymous donor kind enough to share this (and other) documents so I can scan and share them with you.

This is a VERY EARLY CJ-5: VIN – 57548 10614. It looks like a great restoration project.
