Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $7000.
(08/23/2019) Has a fiberglass body. Also has an overdrive, but seller notes it does not work.
“1946 cj2a, new Dana 41 rear end, new rear axle, new shocks, Buick 225 V6 engine. Runs great top is in excellent condition, perfect for the mountains hunting and fishing. Comes with tow bar and many extras. Fiberglass tub. OD does not work, just standard 3 speed.”

Has a fiberglass body. I’m confused why the fiberglass hood looks so long in the first pic.
“1947 Willys Jeep cj2a. Has buick v6, tilt column, new shocks, Saginaw steering, etc. Needs some assembly. Have most parts for it. Engine was running before started pulling jeep apart. I have lights, gauges, radiator, seats etc. Has fiberglass hood that was never mounted. I have lots of other parts that could go with it for more $$. Bill of sale.. vin tag still on frame and frame stamped. Out of dmv..Only selling because I have too many projects. No trades. If ad is up, I still have it”

Appears worth a look. I used to have this exact body. It made a good racing body.
