About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Here’s an interesting jeep. It has an unusual paint job, an unusual roll cage and unusual rear lights.

This has a variety of customizations. It might have a DJ-3A body.
“This Willys has an older restoration. It was done about 9 years ago. Always has been garaged. The engine and drive train operate like they should tight and smooth. The engine runs like a sewing machine very quite. The trans. operates in all gears like it should. Four wheel drive work perfect. Interior, gauges, lights, heater, wipers, etc. operate perfect. It has the rear seat, and the original hard top. The hard top was never painted. I have the soft doors and i use them for the hard top. This Willys needs nothing to enjoy. I will post a bunch more pictures, so check back. I will answer any questions you may have. Thank you and have fun.”
“Veyr respectable 1954 Willys. Has seen fire service for a number of years as has been adapted to that use. Some of the modifications are: the 4 cylinder has been swapped out for a V6, tilt steering has been added, long tube headers with good sounding glass packs, an aluminum dash has been put in and a roll bar has been added for safety. It has seen one restoration in its life many years ago and is starting to show its age again. This little brute is a ball to drive. Albeit at 45 mph, but you buy this rig for the ambiance and the scenery anyway so why hurry. Just had the master cylinder rebuilt with misc. brake lines replaced. One new wheel cylinder. The radiator boiled and reinstalled along with a new fan belt and top hose. Cheap fun in the sun. This auction is an as is- where is sale. You bid- you own. Shipping is available. Please ask Doc all the questions you can think of and be comfortable with your new purchase. Good luck. I reserve the right to end this sale early. No warranties written, expressed or implied.”
This appears to have an overdrive, but it has a short shifter some reason.
