Pretty nice CJ-2A, on the earlier side not VEC but not super late either classic ’46 Grill and the sort, nice Half Cab set up.

The stakes do look legit Willys, would be nice to see the back of the bed to confirm the original bed is matching. But has the one year 4 grill badge, rusty crusty but it was a legit cool ride at one time. Still has some stuff here. Looks like front and rear PTO and Winch. 5 Sticks.  Gauges are rough for sure and broken. Not great, but cool to see it and look it over.  I think having a legit use around the property it would be a stretch as its sitting kind of weird as well. Not sure why it’s sitting so low in the front. Hood spear in some pics gone in others. It looked complete they tend to break at times.

Not a ’40 MB, maybe kind of a Salad of sorts I feel the grill looks later (maybe the lights cover the original cur outs?_ if the tub is legit, the IGN SW looks to be the earlier 3 hole deal (not the physically installed SW now, but holes look there.) Has the driver side mounts but single dash plate puts it not super early, those could be easily added who knows really, but I feel its a ’46 with some other stuff. Roll with it I guess, always looking to learn so any feedback and correction is always appreciated.

Was not familiar with the BR5-49 band or reference theme so learned something there as well. Couple more Easter Eggs hiding on this one.

Pretty neat CJ-5, King-Seeley 0-9 Speedo looks correct, patina rig needs some work, but a lot done to this already.

Project Truck. Some sort of GSA plate as well.
INFORMATION FROM SELLER:
1957 Jeep Willy’s Truck. Runs good, previous owner replaced fuel pump and water heater. Has brake issues. Passenger side front brake cable bad, have replacement. Brake line needs replacing. Metal bed was removed, going to make a wood bed. Can provide old wood for bed. Rear fenders and tailgate were removed. Small fuel tank in bed. No exhaust attached, but still have muffler and exhaust tip. Small seat in cab is from my willys wagon. If you have any questions just ask. Will trade for an automatic nissan 280zx.
