Just a couple updates today, though it certainly isn’t for lack of content. There was a noticeable increase in jeeps for sale last month that was constant throughout the entire month. We may be looking at the leading edge of another recession.

I’m ready to release a small number of books … 12 to be exact. These first books are signed copies and will be $30 (with free shipping). Around the end of July I will be making the book available to everyone, with signed copies available from me or unsigned copies through Amazon. Though I’ve done my best to squash all the grammatical errors, I’m sure I’ve missed a few. Did a quick trip to Seattle. Just a few updates today. Back on Monday.

Today, my son and I return to Salt Lake and I’ll spend the day with my other two kids. On Monday, I’ll be heading for Winnemucca, then turn north for Silver City, Idaho for a little remote mountain exploring.

That’s a quick summary of this quick trip. Though I’ll be gone.

This CJ-5 powered a winch to hoist materials for a building under construction in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. It was featured in the January 1858 issue of Willys News.

I took last night off, so just a couple updates today. More on Sunday. Next weekend (June 5/6) I may be taking several days off, as my oldest son wants to take me canyoneering in Moab (rappelling down an arch is how he described it). Should be fun!

There was a website hiccup Monday night, so I didn’t get a chance to do updates. So, we’ll skip a day and do them on Tuesday morning.
