Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Matt spotted this. If I interpret this correctly, it includes a 1948 body and a fiberglass tub and other parts. This might be a good price.
“1947 CJ2A on wheels and 1948 CJ2A body with fiberglass tub. 2.3 ltr Ford Mustang motor and all brackets and plates to mount into a CJ2A body. Engine runs great and the 48 body has no rust on the hood, fenders, and grill. Will only sell all together.”
This may be a good price. It looks in good shape.

“1982 cj8 486 ci stoker w/ 671 blower, new this summer. The jeep it self has 400 miles on it since total restoration. 9″ front, dana 44 rear, 4 56’s. Body all glass. New Paint. Best of everything, to much to list! Very drive able, for fun or show. 20.000 obo”

The seller knows the front gear ratio, but not the back. That’s some honesty, but ya have to wonder why? The drive train sounds good if you need a crawling truck.

Modle 18 t/case w/Warn Overdrive New rear drive shaft. Ford 9″ rear axle, ratio unknown. Original Dana 27 front axle, 4.88:1 ratio w/posi. Saginaw power steering. Project with alot of potential.”
This looks pretty stock. I can’t tell if the paint is bad or the body is rusty.

“1979 Mitsubishi Jeep, J 54. 4cyl, 3ltr diesel, pto winch, comes with original soft top, with additional bikini top. jeep has an odometer that has quit working at 29,000 Kilometers. If you are unsure what the J54 is, do a Google search and educate yourself so that way you can see how truly awesome this rig really is. I have a NC title for it if you want and all the original paperwork from when i bought it in Japan , including the Japanese title and all the importation documents as well. Please look over all the photos, and feel free to call me with any serious questions”
