This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “46 willys parts jeep. no title, for parts only. many good parts on this rig. I’m sure I could get more if I wanted to take the time to part out, and sell piece by piece, but I have had this thing for 12yrs and just want it gone. with the jeep come 2 soft doors,and 4 decent wheels. I have the glass for the winshield, but not the gaskets that go with them. price is firm, but part trade for the right item is a possibility.”

“Hi selling this Rare barn find 1960 Willys Jeep FC-150 Forward control truck. This truck has been in a barn since 1991 and it just now has been pulled out. Yikes! This might have been an authentic CJ-2A at some point . . .
“Very cool 1947 Willys CJ2A Jeep project for sale. I have had this jeep for 16 years and have recently started working on it again. I have lots of projects and am considering parting with this one if the price is right. This is an authentic 1947 Willys CJ2A and it is mounted on a 1974 Ford F250 Hiboy frame with Dana 60 Front and Rear Axles. The jeep is currently mocked up with a Chevy 454, Chevy SM420 4 Speed Granny Low Transmission, and Ford SM205 Divorced Transfer Case. We are very close to having it able to run and drive and have all parts necessary to do so including driveshafts. The project currently has 8 lug aluminum wheels with 36″ Goodyear Mud Terrain Tires (old but good shape still). I have suspension seats with brackets and mounting hardware for the front and a jeep forward folding rear seat. The CJ2A has been extended roughly 12″, cut was made at the mid-door seam and new diamond treadplate floor has been installed. I recently started fabbing the rollcage and front fenders and plan to make rear fender extensions to match the with of the fronts.”

“1946 Willys Jeep For Sale: Stainless Steel tub,cab & doors.1951 F138 Hurricane motor.Completely remachined.Rebuilt Tranny & Transfer case.All new bearings and new synchros.New Springs and shocks.Willys has a winch too.Everything there to rebuild.Project Willys.TOTALLY DISASSEMBLED! NEEDS TO BE COMPLETELY PUT BACK TOGETHER. Pix show some of the stainless steel parts & the frame is underneath and some of the part shown all enclosed inside our horsetrailer that has a wood floor.Engine is on an engine stand.The important work has been done for you, all the machining of the engine and rebuilding the transmission!! Just take the time to put back together and you’ll have a Willys that is worth a LOT more.”
There’s value here, but without a body I’m afraid the seller is going to take a hit on this project.
“1947 Jeep CJ2a. Started restoration from frame up. Have sandblasted and chassis black all steel support items. All parts are either bead blasted and painted , rebuilt or new. Every nut bolt and clip has been removed cleaned and painted. Too many new parts to list. Has clean title and vin on frame. Have only a few body parts that are salvageable so purchase of body is next and due to financial reasons that isn’t in the near future. Have over 5000.00 and three years invested. Asking 3900.00 pick up only. More info and pics upon request. All brake system and fuel system is new but is dry, didn’t add any fluids as didn’t know how long till it could be finished. Engine and drive train is rebuilt but greased until its to be driven. Have many other extra parts also.”
