Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “4 1940s Willys Jeep Fenders in good condition. One set is from 1944 and the other is 46. For sale for $50 per fender.”
Lots of parts, but am less clear there is a full truck between the two.

In the bed of the maroon truck are two fenders, a hood, and front grill among other things. Original engine in the light-bluish-green truck, but no engine or tranny in the maroon one. With lockers and other updates this looks like a good price.
“I was asking for 4 thousend (what I paid for it without the parts I bought) but give me a fair offer, I even just dropped it to $3,000. I don’t want to sell her but I need the money ASAP! The quicker offer may beat the better offer. Its a 58 Willys frame with 70’s Chevy truck parts with a small block V8.

“1951 Willeys Jeep two door wagon. Rebuilt 383 Chrysler with rebuilt automatic transmission 727, slap stick shifter, super clean, US mags with Goodyear tires. 1969 Dodge rear end and 1962 Ford Falcon front end. $6,000 or best offer.”

(04/07/2012) This is a project.
“Considering 66 years have passed since this CJ2a came off the line it is in nice shape. Why would you buy a Rhino or gator for your ranch when you could drive a piece of history, this is the first civilian jeep very much like the one our grandfathers won WWII in. Drive Train runs strong, has a slightly later F head engine with a side draft carb instead of a hole in the hood, brakes have been rebuilt, new carb. The front clip is nearly perfect, the tub has some welded in patches and needs some attention. I think the steering box is missing a tooth and the wiring could be redone, but otherwise it is pretty much complete.”
