UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2000.

The seller has a little different definition of ‘drive’ than I do.  Normally, I take that to mean the vehicle moves forward.

“1947 CJ2A, Runs, shifts and drives.Clutch and gears good. Plus spare good motor! All items next are installed. NEW, master cyl,4 wheel cyls.,4 sets of brakes,brake lines,silicone brake fluid,emergency brake and rear trans seal, new speedo cable, rear wheel axle seals,brake and clutch peddle to cab dust seals,carb kit installed, new exhaust system. All fluid and filters changed, original factory air cleaner purchased to install plus new firewall mounting hardware,new ignition switch in box,carb kit & spare carb, new shifter boots to install. 5 factory 16 inch wheels that need new rubber. Great low cost restoration project! Other mis. parts included. PA antique title in my name.”

I *think* this has a rear PTO, too.  It appears in good shape.

“1948 Willys Jeep CJ2A. $5,500
L134 original motor. Overhauled in 2002 by previous owner.
No idea of actual mileage but installed new speedometer during restoration and have 3845 miles since overhaul.
Body restoration completed in 2004.
New radiator, starter, brakes in 2004.
Has “Best Top” brand cover with doors. Easy to remove and install.
Has original style jeep tires new in 2004.
Garaged year round.
Runs great. Must see to appreciate.”

“The Willys Overland Jeepster is extremely rare and prized collectable. This is an older (15 year) restoration of an Arizona car and would rank about 6 to 7 on a 10 pt appraisal system. It has a Chevrolet 350/350 combo w/Mustang front end and disc brakes to make it a really good driver. Only 5500+ miles since restoration but it has been in locked dry storage for many, many years and that takes a toll. Vehicle is fully set-up to tow with a built-in tow bar and transmission drive shaft disconnect; you will also want to take note of the very unusual swing-away fat man style steering wheel which alone would fetch about $1000 due to condition and rarity. It is believed that fewer than 1600 Jeepsters remain in the world. This Jeepster is stored in Smith River, CA and is available for inspection by appointment. (05/12/2011) This has seen a variety of upgrades, including a fiberglass 3B body.   I”m guessing by the wide rim that this is a Bobcat body.

There are plenty of parts, but everything looks a little rough.

“4 different jeeps. One was running a few years ago but not very well. It has a stock engine. I think its an f4 but I’m not to sure. The jeep that has the cab sitting on the ground actually has a really good chassis. My dad was going to rebuild it. the other two are all rusted and have no engines. one, of which, is a wagon but u might be able to use them as parts. I’m trying to sell the whole lot together. i also have 3 or 4 stock transmissions sitting in my shop along with a couple boxes of parts. i don’t know the years or too much about them at all, but i could get more pics. email with questions or interest.”
