“This is a totally restored rust free 1946 Willys CJ-2A that runs great and is a blast to drive. (Sorry about the pictures but it started to snow). This vehicle sat around in a dry parts depot in Texas for about 50 years before it was purchased and restored by a car dealer in Houston about 4 years ago. I’ve driven it about 900 miles since it was completed-the mileage on the odometer is correct. It has the original chassis, drivetrain, body, tub, and seat frames. As you can see from the pictures, there is no rust anywhere.

The original engine was replaced with a 4 cylinder Ford OHC Pinto Engine. Top speed now is somewhere just north of 50 mph-going downhill with a tail wind :). It has the original three speed transmission with overdrive which makes driving on city streets much easier. I replaced all of the gages with NOS models that all are functional. Also added a new battery, electronic ignition and trailer hitch. The 35″ Super Swamper Tires have less than 1,000 miles on them. Never used the Ramsey winch or had the vehicle off road.
