The seller isn’t correct about the M-38 being the rarest production jeep. There were others.

“Willys M-38 combat Jeep..Rebuilt transmission,transfer case,and axles,new clutch, Engine rebuild by previous owner…….All new gauges…..Converted to 12 volt
Good tub and body except hole in passenger floor.
New seatbrackets and gas tank, OriginalSpare tire and gas can and brackets
Ive put 6,000 plus miles on it but it sat last three years. Carb is dirty but it will idle
Needs carb cleaned and new exhaust manifold and exhaust.

This is a Ordinance (Army) Jeep,Repainted by hand in Marine corp colors, The insignia on the front bumper is that of a marine glider squadron…..

The M-38 is the rarest of the production jeeps Having only made 30,000 total….specifically for Korea…….all other designs produced 200,000 +

The only proof of actual overseas service on a jeep is the paint job
When one unit transferred out…..the motor pool equipment stayed….
Then it was assigned to the next unit coming in…..
In this case Army left and marines took over thus the repaint. (563-571-6998)”

“Very rusted but running CJ6 with the 225 Buick v6. Includes a second partly disassembled v6 also. Also includes half hard top and plow. Has been an up north plow Jeep for many years. No brakes but four wheel drive works.”

“1949 Willys Jeep. The jeep is solid and virtually rust free especially compared to other models of this year. the passenger seat is not shown in the pictures but I have it. You will need to hook up the front brakes, get a front drive shaft, and find a rear brake light cover. Other than that everything is strong and it cranks up and drives every time. This is not your everyday CJ or Wrangler Jeep. Make me a reasonable offer.

I have a hitch that can be hooked up to the front to be towed.”

“I wish I didn’t have to sell this CJ-6, but I have to move from Oklahoma to Tennessee and I can’t take her with me. This is a frame-off restoration that is still in progress. This Jeep was originally a used as a Park Ranger Jeep at Mammoth Cave National Park. I am asking $6,000 OBO.

The engine runs.

“1952 Willys CJ-3A “JEEP” This is a running and driving project. The body is rough. This is a good candidate for a restoration. The odometer shows 75188. I have no idea what the total mileage is. It starts up and runs great. The float in the carb hangs up once in a while, so the carb will need rebuild. The electrical system was converted to 12 volt. It has a brand new battery. The electrical system will need some minor work. I have restored several of these great old trucks. I just do not have the time to do this one.
