I interpret this as 8 rims for $200. I’m not sure if the seller will sell 4 for $100.
“I have 2 sets of 4 vintage turbine rims that are 5 lugs. they dont make them like this anymore so im asking 200.00 or best offer. reply to this add and we will call you. thanks”
Rear seat not included.
“I have a 1945 ww2 jeep for sale. Yes.. This one IS a willys mb not the CJ2As that are painted green and mistaken for military.
I went through the trouble of getting a bonded title. All that is needed to get plates is insurance.
The motor runs, and I repacked the wheel bearings and replaced the brake shoes and shocks. I also installed a master cylinder and replaced all four wheel cylinders. The brakes could use some adjusting. It does have some rust through on the floor and sides. The transmission should probably be rebuilt. The gears grind a bit going in. There is no original gas tank so I’ve been using a boat tank. The rear seat shown in the pictures is not included. It is something I welded up with rebar, its not willys manufacture and is going on another project. This jeep would be perfect as the base for a restoration or it could be used as is on a dear lease. However I’d rather see it fixed up than left to rust on some land.

Thanks for looking

Somebody need this?
“I have a Spicer 23 full floating rear axle. My research suggests that this was the only full floating rear axle for a CJ from the factory. I think it was only made in 1945 and 1946. While they don’t have a great reputation for being strong, they are hard to find in working condition so if you are looking for original parts or a period restoration, this may be good for you!
I removed the rear cover and the gears and shafts all look in good condition. I removed and reinstalled the shafts while removing the backing plates and they look good as well. Comes with 9″ drum brakes from a 56 CJ5 (I kept my upgraded 11’s when swapping it out).
$125 obo or we can trade for something I need…”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1200
The tub is a replica.
“1944 Ford GPW WWII jeep, Body tub is a new aftermarket that has just sat around for years, and was never used to build a jeep. It is a replica MB body tub, if you notice the push button holes for the locker boxes have not even been drilled out yet. As stated, frame is an original WWII GPW Ford on wheels. I will sell all for $1200 or body can be boought separate for $800 and frame on wheels can be boought for $450. Frame has all brand new brakes on front end and rear end and the drums have been turned. Jeep was never built.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $800
Unclear how much value is here.
“Not exactly sure of the year, I seem to recall it is a 1943. Has engine, transmission, etc.”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $2150
“This is a May of 1945 GPW Ford Built Jeep. Has original Data plate that matches frame GPW 2589**. It is a major project but these are about the easiest thing out there to restore. Has a later F head willys motor currently. Does have original tow bar on front and lots of original “f” marked parts. I also have the correct air filter, correct radiator, correct voltage regulator. Has correct f marked front seats and correct gas tank still in it. Original dash with gauges. Rust in front floors. No title, but does have old black plate and years worth of old registrations that match the numbers in the glove box. Again it has rust, body need lots of work. The other jeep in the background is not for sale!”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $9000.
(03/27/2013) This isn’t “all original”. I can’t tell if this is a VEC or not.
