These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1940s willys cj2a jeeps and jeep parts (engines, front and rear axels, transmissions and transfer cases and numerous other parts). Jeep bodies ( one with original Willys hard top), frames, one with engine and running gear. One complete that was running last year (have titles for most of them). Do not have complete list so you may have to come and see for yourself.”

This wagon is worth a look.
“Completely Stock original 2WD 1959 Willys Wagon. The truck is complete and the stock motor has been professionally rebuilt. It is originally from Georgia and rot is present only under the accelerator pedal and the tailgate hinge. The rest of the truck is rust free. This is a very restorable vehicle and is difficult to find in such original and complete condition (vacuum wipers, owners manual, service manual, spare gas can, spare tire hub cap, etc. The photos show the trim missing, but I have it. It has been garaged for the last 20 years. Buyer to make pick up arrangements.”

This wagon has an updated motor.
“1962 Willys Wagon with a Chevy 307 V8 engine matched to the original 4 x 4 drive train with lockout hubs. Manual 3 speed transmission . Remember that these transmissions do not have syncro’s for first gear and you must come to almost a complete stop before shifting down to first gear. The drive train is in good condition and the vehicle runs & drives well with manual steering. The 307 engine was recently remounted with custom engine mounts, the Quadrajet 4 barrel carb was rebuilt, the distributor was fitted with a pertronix type system to eliminate the need to replace points and new dual exhausts from the engine to the rear . The Willys also has a new generator and battery–(12 volt system). The battery was moved to the rear of the vehicle and installed in a new battery box. The interior is in decent shape with nicely upholstered seats and camao side panels & head liner. It also has a recently replaced speedometer (overall mileage is unknown). The windshield wipers work but not the turn signals. The exterior is in need of restoration. The frame has typical surface rust but no rust through issues. The body was redone at some point and needs repair–no big dents or rust holes but does have bondo issues (cracks and signs of a poor job in the past). There are obviously dings & scratches here & there. The bumpers need to be straightened and re-plated. Tires are in good shape. This is not a show vehicle but could be a daily driver or hunting/camping vehicle with off road capabilities. I have tried to be as informative as I can. “

“This is a rare Willy wagon in perfect condition for the year.
Bare metal paint, no rust at all, new ford 302 V8 engine, new exhaust system, new tires, new battery, new interior and headliner, rechromed parts, all new rubber on windows. for serious buyers please”

“My father has a 1961 Jeep Willy for sale. Engine and transmission are good. 4cyl, 2wd. Needs master cylinder, fuel pump, and new tires. Has no top. Not sure on the mileage. I’ve seen this same year and model sell for way more than this in much worse condition. We just need it gonna asap. $3,000 OBO. It’s previously been registered as a historic vehicle. Only serious calls only please. You have to be a true Jeep fan to appriciate a Willy!!!!”

“Up for sale is my 1978 mail jeep. It has a straight 6 with an automatic transmission. This thing is a tank and it runs and drives great. It does not smoke or use any oil. It has a new starter, fuel pump, fuel filters, and alternator. It is right had drive which is pretty cool, and great for anyone with a mail route.
It has some rust on the body but over all it is very solid. The floors and bulkhead are rust free. It would make a very good hunting vehicle or just something to cruise around in or if you wanted to restore it, it would be a good one to start from. clear title. “

An older restoration that could use some refurbishing.
“solid body and frame older restoration owner has over $20,000 invested over the years in this very rare and custom 61 jeep willys wagon it has a 350 chevy motor and 4 speed trans 4×4 runs great has headers 4 bbl and tons of extras new alum radiator new edlebrock carb new alternator new clutch the frame and both front and rear differentials and underbody all were striped and painted no rust . interior is custom with power bucket seats and custom wood panels this jeep will go anywere and gets lots of attention when it does i am selling it for a friend he does not do computers this is a hell of a good deal very cheap for what it is the body needs some mionr work and it could use some paint work but still looks dam good just the way it is now owner was asking $11,500 but do to personal emergency priced has been reduced to $6500.00 firm to sell fast dont miss out on this one very cool ride”

“Pretty nice old Jeep. Runs good, newer paint and tires. Seats redone stock, everything else inside looks great. Correct L134 motor, three speed, four wheel drive works just fine. Have clear title.”
