Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “90% original restoration, rebuilt motor, new brakes, seats, summer canvas top. Runs great. Fun to drive around on sunny summer day, gets loads of looks and smiles.”

Looks like a clean rebuild.
“I am happy to present to you my 1942 Willy’s MB. It has been fully restored to it’s original condition. This fresh restoration includes a complete drive train rebuild by an expert Jeep restorer. The sheet metal is all new, and was purchased from Bensinger Jeep. All canvas is from Beachwood Canvas Works. There are many things I can tell you about this Jeep. Email or call Mike if you are interested or would like to know more about it. Clean title.”
UPDATE: Still Available. This is probably a CJ-3B body on a 3A frame, but could be a 3B with an incorrect title. If not those two, then who knows.

“Here we have a 1948 Willys CJ2A It s in good shape for a willys there is a little rust on the c channel underneath the tub nothing major Jeep was running a year ago until the bendix spring on the starter broke everything is there for the jeep it has a Chevy alternator The gas tank holds gas no leaks if I buy or fix the starter I will just have to ask more money so I am selling as is . I have a clean NM title for the jeep that vin number matches the vin plate and the body tag it has the data plate on the dash. For our anniversary (which is today) we are taking a short trip through northeastern Washington. Above is an approximate map of our trip. We head to Winthrop today, then will make our way through some forest service roads before taking backroads to Oroville. Then we plan to hang as far north as we can before we drop down to Newport (or somewhere close to that).
This photograph is part of a Popular Mechanics article from October, 1959. The article highlights the success American car manufacturers were having by producing cars in the San Paulo region, which the writer describes as the ‘Chicago’ of South America.

Lined-up Jeeps await delivery outside the Willys-Overland of Brazil factory at Sao Bernardo do Campo, Sao Paulo’s industrial suburb. This expanding plant will soon be producing 250 Jeeps, cars and station wagons per day.

“i have 2 jeep fc 170s, this is the forward cab 1 ton, super rare, not an fc150, these are the big boy 6 cyl 1 ton chassis
#1 1965 title, vinplate, ran and drove last year, look good (relatively) blasted and coated chassis, all mechanicals gone through, cab has rust but looks decent, drivetrain solid, complete, bed is rusted beyond repair, starts and runs great, brake fluid leaked out over winter so no brakes but besides that it runs and drives,
#2 1962 no title, for parts only, engine locked up, no trans, cab cut up from previous owners “repairs”, no bed (this vehicle is stored at a seperate location)
i have a million things i could say about everything, but if you are truly interested you will know what they are and all about them, serious buyers only”
